Aughra's domain focuses on the small amount of positive energy left in the Crystal of Truth, the force that sustains all life on Thra. Mother Aughra promotes self-sacrifice through healing the sick and wounded, caring for all Thra's creatures in need, and driving away the Darkening that threatens Thra. 

Mother Aughra is the embodiment of Thra, acting as the world's eyes and voice. Created by the Crystal shortly after Thra's formation in the Age of Innocence to bring peace between plants and animals, Aughra guided the Gelfling in their early development. According to The Covenants of Thra by Fellen the Elder, Aughra's creation was prompted by a war of supremacy between flora and fauna. It was her intervention which established the balance of the world, and she would renew the covenant between the two belligerents every nine trine, merging with Thra and becoming one with both. This is the basis for the Domain, keeping balance and forging unity between all creatures.

Aughra's Blessing

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Animal Handling skill, and you gain the two Druidic cantrips druidcraft and Shillelagh. For you, these cantrips count as cleric cantrips.

Channel Divinity: Dispel the Darkening

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to harness the power of the crystal, banishing the darkening around you and dealing radiant damage to your foes.

As an action, you call out to Mother Aughra and any creatures infected by the Darkening within 30 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes radiant damage equal to 2d10 + your cleric level on a failed saving throw, and half as much damage on a successful one. A creature that has total cover from you is not affected.

Protect all Creatures

Starting at 6th level, when you or a creature within 30 feet of you takes acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage, you can use your reaction to grant resistance to the creature against that instance of the damage.

The Great Conjunction

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage of the same type dealt by the weapon to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Protection of the Mother

Starting at 17th level, enemies that stand in your way wilt under the combined efforts of you and your allies. If you have protected a creature with the Protect all Creatures reaction then on your turn you can curse the creature that attacked them until the start of your next turn. The next time one of your allies hits the cursed creature with an attack, the target also takes and extra 2d8 psychic damage, and the curse ends. You can curse a creature in this way only once per turn.
