09–10

"In a city of ice, there are burning cathedrals" (Fall For Me by Sleep Token) You cast a Delayed Blast Fireball at your feet that automatically goes off at the end of your turn. The bead will go off if anyone touches before the end of your turn.

11–12

"If the heavens fall, I'll still remain, Her name still engraved inside my veins" (FOREVER, ALWAYS by Shadows Awake) For the next 1d4 minutes, you can not fall below 1 HP, no matter what.

13–14

15–16

"You know the behavior, Canines of the Savior, Glory to the Legion, Trauma to the Neighbors" (Emergence by Sleep Token) You may choose 1 ability score from each ally within 30 feet to use as your own for 1d4 turns but at the end of this effect, you may not use any spells for the same amount of turns.

29–30

"Dark matter blade, hear the hiss, when I strike it" (standing by STIM) For the next 1d6 turns, all melee attacks you land deal an extra die of necrotic or cold damage.

31–32

"The whites of your eyes, Turn black in the low light, In turning divine, We tangle endlessly" (The Night Does Not Belong To God by Sleep Token) Your eyes turn pitch black and you can see the Dark Jester at all times. The Dark Jester can give you advice, inform you of anything or reveal secrets, but he doesn't always tell the truth without a price being paid, the price being dependent on what is asked.

33–34

"And I am caught in time, Clockwork beneath the permafrost" (Dangerous by Sleep Token) You are frozen in time, unable to do anything for 1d6 turns.

35–36

"I am the final dawn, I am the flood, And what was missing in those scriptures will be written in my blood" (Even In Arcadia by Sleep Token) You must sacrifice health but any targets within 120 feet that are considered hostile take that damage and all allies within that range are healed for that much and get advantage on their next attack.

37–38

"Well I've been waking up under blades, Blue blossom days, If only Damocles would hit me back" (Damocles by Sleep Token) A large blade appears above your head, held by a string. Any movement, action or bonus action used has to be rolled with a d10, and if the die lands on the number that the DM decides in his head, the blade falls on you, dealing 6d20 slashing damage.

39–40

"Is it peaceful in the afterlife, Or are you, like me, buried in the time?" (Fever Dream by Hurtwave) You gain the ability to see and talk to ghosts for 1d4 days, most are unhelpful but some can lead to treasures.

41–42

"And you're the only game I like to lose" (Provider by Sleep Token) You must force one target within sight to succeed on their next roll against you.

"They ask me 'Is it going good in the garden?', Say 'I'm lost but I beg no pardon', Up on the dice but low on the cards" (Caramel by Sleep Token) All dice rolls can be made with advantage but if you do so, you must draw from the Deck of Many Things each time you roll with advantage.

You are driven to send money, gifts, and other signs of affections to this royal, knowing they won't love you back. This continues until you the target of a "Remove Curse" spell

55–56

"You disappeared without a trace, You never bothered to explain, You just walked away" (Dial Tone by Catch Your Breath) You become invisible for 1d4 turns or until you attack another creature with a spell or weapon.

57–58

"So why you wanna link? I'd rather finger f*** strings and I don't know how to be your lust king" (bugging! by brakence) You are instantly transported to stand before Apollo, God of All Bards, able to ask him of 1 favor within his power.

59–60

"So if your wings won't find you heaven, I will bring it down like an ancient bygone" (Euclid by Sleep Token) Lowers all flying movement for creatures within 60 feet to 10 feet.

61–62

"Bursting colours when you laugh" (Infinite Baths by Sleep Token) You may cast Tasha's Hideous Laughter on up to 4 targets within sight.

63–64

"So touch me again, I feel my shadows dissolving" (Rain by Sleep Token) Your shadow disappears, having a mind of it's own now. Who knows what it's doing...

"Spoke in a language you could never hear" (Lose You to Find Me by DEADLUVE) You are unable to speak to anyone because everyone who hears you talk hears a different language that they can't understand for 1d4 days.

91–92

"This is a given, an offering, In your favor, a sacrifice in your name" (The Offering by Sleep Token) You must offer up a sacrifice to a god of your choosing, be it big or small but if you refuse to do so, consequences will follow.

93–94

"And you come crawling back to me, But I'm already on the ground" (Descending by Sleep Token) You and a single target you can see within range become prone for the next 1d4 turns.

95–96

"Cutting deeper than the scars can run" (Are You Really Okay by Sleep Token) You choose to deal 1d12 slashing damage per Bard level to one target within sight but if you do so, you must take the damage as well.

97–98

"You left me falling and landing inside my grave" (Lucid Dreams by Juice WRLD) You cast "Feign Death" upon yourself.
