The Legacy of the Wronged is a hive mind that only appears to those who perceive that they have been wronged by others around them and react with rage. The warlocks who embrace the power that the Legacy offers are known as The Wronged. The Legacy is less of a controlling hive mind and more of a helpful messaging platform. It still has some measure of sentience, enough to select potential Wronged, but not enough to assume control of them. it can be used to share spells or to call for aid, both in slaying enemies and in assisting with abilities.

Vampiric Slayer

When an enemy that you have dealt damage to is reduced to 0 hit points you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to the amount of damage of the final hit. This is applicable for any enemy that you have damaged, whether or not you deal the final hit is irrelevant.

Commanding Smite

when you hit and deal damage to an enemy you inflict a negative condition of your DMs choice, provided that it makes sense to be applicable to that target, and taking resistances and immunities into account. for example you cannot impose Blinded upon an Intellect Devourer, because they do not have eyes, in the same vein as you cannot impose Poisoned upon a Gelatinous Cube, because it is immune to poison.

Enchanted Parasite

Once per Long rest you may touch a creature and force that creature to make a Constitution saving throw. If the creature fails the saving throw, you gain one spell of your choice until you use this feature again to borrow a different spell. If the creature succeeds you copy a spell of the DMs choice. The magic you have gained does not reset after each long rest, but you cannot use this feature again to select a new spell until you take a long rest. This does not prevent the creature you took the spell from from said spell.

Black Nimbus

The knowledge of the great wizards of the past has absorbed into you, and you have discovered a way to activate an aura that reverses the BUFFS of your enemies. Within 20 feet of you, you passively make creature that are immune or resistant to types of damage and/or conditions vulnerable to those types of damage and/or conditions.
