This all-powerful chronokinetic seems to act on a whim, disregarding the dangers and risks of time travel. After plunging the world into disarray, the time-traveler watches events unfold with a sly smile. Is the power to control time a mere means to stave off boredom?

Level 3: Tool Proficiency

"I have forgotten something... My past self does not remember."

Starting at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Weaver's Tools. After all, creating and mending rifts in time like fabric implies you can do the same to fabric.

Level 3: TBD Authorized Equipment: Sonic Embroider

Starting at 3rd Level, you gain access to an authorized equipment by the Time Balance Department, known as the Sonic Embroider. With the Sonic Embroider, you can create rifts within space-time that act as small portals only you can access. As an action, you can create two Temporal Rifts within 60 feet of each other, at two points you can see within 120 feet of you, in which only you can walk through. These rifts last until your next turn. Walking through a Temporal Rift will immediately put you on the other side of it. You can use this feature an amount of times equal to your Intelligence Modifier per long rest.

Starting at 9th Level, Temporal Rifts last for 1 minute.

Level 3: Timekeeper Spells

Starting at 3rd level, you always have certain spells prepared after you reach particular levels in this class, as shown in the Timekeeper Spells table. These spells count as artificer spells for you, but they don't count against the number of artificer spells you prepare.

3rd: Alarm, Identify
5th: Augury, Locate Object
9th: Blink, Slow
13th: Banishment, Divination
17th: Scrying, Teleportation Circle

 

Level 5: A Timeline Ahead

Starting at 5th Level, you start to gain the knack for how time works, gaining the ability to be a step ahead of everyone else, and make sure enemies won't get the chance to strike before you or your friends. You gain advantage on initiative checks.

Level 9: Out of Nowhere

Starting at 9th Level, you've found a loophole to attack from the rifts. You can now use attack and cast spells through your rift, provided the target of your attack is in range.

Level 15: Ruler of the Ephemeral Flow

Starting at 17th Level, your powers over the temporal rifts have resulted in a feeling of permanent ephemerality, ultimately resulting in apathy. Though that doesn't mean you won't mess around. You can cast either the Time Stop or Foresight Spell without a Spell Slot using this feature, though you cannot use this feature again unless you are affected by the Greater Restoration Spell.
