Base Class: Monk
subclass made for 2024 monk, but it is 2014 compatible, (balancing not (yet) ncluded)
momentum
starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you learn how to use ki to anhance your movement and to use use your momentum in order to empower your strikes.
at any point during combat you can spend 1 ki pont to incerase your movement by 5 ft, you can do this a number fo times equal to your proficency bonus per turn, the increase lasts until the end of your next turn or at the end of your turn (depending on if you used this feature outside or during your turn respectively).
when moving, you gain +2 damage for every 5ft you move in a straight line on your next melee attack after ending the movement, the attack must be the first action made after stopping for the bonus to apply.
Level 6: quickstep
at 6th level, you learn how to weave out of incoming strikes.
en you take a Bonus Action other than Step of the Wind, you can also use Step of the Wind immediately after that Bonus Action.
Level 11: rebound
at 11th level you learn how to quickly chain strikes among foes.
when hitting with a melee attack and if you have any movement remaining, tou can spend 1 ki point to move towards another terget (using your movement and without provoking attack of opportunity) and make a melee attack, you can do this as many times as you want per turn as long as you have the requirements.
Level 17: endless momentum
at 17th level you have mastered the ability of making quick subsequent strikes, and rival the speed of gods.
as an action you can spend 5 ki points to create a circular area witha a radius of your choice (up to your movement) and centered on a creature taht you can see, if the creature moves the area moves with it, while inside this area after makign a melee attack you can decide to teleport to the edge of the area, every time you do so your movement is refunded.
this effect lasts until you exit the area or the creature you chose dies, otherwise you can end it with a bonus action.

Posted Nov 18, 2025new version to avoid infinite damage when using rabound and endless momentum (i may not know how to balance things properly but at least i try lol)
