Lycan Hunger
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you gain the ability to use Wild Shape on your turn as a bonus action, rather than as an action.
Additionally, while you are transformed by Wild Shape, you can use a bonus action to expend one spell slot to regain 1d8 hit points per level of the spell slot expended.
If you use your action to bite any creature one size larger than you or smaller, the creature must make a WIS saving throw equal to your spell DC. On a successful save, the creature takes damage as normal. On a failed save, the creature becomes frightened.
Bite:
Melee Weapon Attack: +STR to hit, reach 5 ft., one target: Hit: 7 (2d4+2) piercing damage. If the creature is one size larger or smaller than you, the character needs to succeed a WIS saving throw equal to your spell casting ability or be frightened.
