Base Class: Rogue
Imbued with Kinetic Energy, your body and mind have been changed. You now move with incredible speed as you draw in Kinetic energy from the world around you. Where other Rogues focus on finding weaknesses in an opponent when they attack, you focus on attacking with speed they cannot defend against it.
Super Speed
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, your speed increases by 20 feet.
When you use the Dash action, difficult terrain doesn't cost you extra movement on that turn.
Also when you make a melee attack against a creature, you don't provoke opportunity attacks from that creature for the rest of the turn, whether you hit or not.
Features from this subclass do not function while you are wearing medium armor, heavy armor, or wielding a shield.
Quickened Reflexes
At 3rd level, your reflexes become heightened to extreme speeds.
You gain expertise in the Acrobatics skill, Initiative, proficiency in Dexterity saving throws if you don't already have them and advantage on those saving throws and checks.
You can use your reaction when you fall to reduce any falling damage you take by an amount equal to five times your rogue level.
Quickened Slasher
Starting at 3rd level, you gain a bonus to your Dexterity melee attacks equal to your Dexterity modifier when you move at least 30 feet and can attack twice as a bonus action with a weapon with the finesse property.
Hasted Speed
At 9th level, your speed increases by 10 feet and you gain the ability to move along vertical surfaces and across liquids without falling during your move.
You can perform any action as bonus action that is not an ability from this class or subclass and can perform two bonus actions per turn but cannot perform the same bonus action twice on that turn twice unless magic, a spell, or feature would allow you to.
As a bonus action you can cast the Haste spell targeting only yourself without requiring spell components or concentration. You don’t suffer from lethargy when the spell ends when cast using this feature, the spell cannot be cancelled by the Antimagic Field spell, dispelled by the Dispel Magic spell or similar magic, and cannot detected by magic. Dexterity is your spellcasting ability used for casting this spell using this feature. You can cast this spell using this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short rest.
Create Afterimages
Starting at 9th level, you able to create kinetic afterimages.
As an action while you have at least 120 feet of walking movement speed you are able to create illusory duplicates of yourself that appear in your space for 1 minute. Until this effect ends, the duplicates move with you and mimic your actions, shifting position so it's impossible to track which image is real. You can use your action to dismiss the illusory duplicates.
Each time a creature targets you with an attack during the spell's duration, roll a d20 to determine whether the attack instead targets one of your duplicates.
If you have three duplicates, you must roll a 6 or higher to change the attack's target to a duplicate. With two duplicates, you must roll an 8 or higher. With one duplicate, you must roll an 11 or higher.
A duplicate's AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier. If an attack hits a duplicate, the duplicate is destroyed. A duplicate can be destroyed only by an attack that hits it. It ignores all other damage and effects. The effect ends when all three duplicates are destroyed.
You are only able to have up to three duplicates using this effect.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short rest.

You are immune to any spell or magical effect that would cause you to gain exhaustion and do not suffer from exhaustion due to any movement you make.
You can complete a long rest within 4 hours and a short rest within 30 minutes.
While have at least 1 hit point you regain 1 hit point at the start of each of your turns (10 hit points each minute), if more than 10 lighting damage would be inflicted on you then you instead regain 10 hit points at the start of each of your turns and succeed on all death saving throws for 1 minute.
Kinetic Speed
Starting at 13th level, your speed increases by 30 feet.
Spells and other magical effects can neither reduce your speed nor cause you to be paralyzed, stunned, or restrained.
You can spend 5 feet of movement to automatically escape from nonmagical restraints, such as manacles or a creature that has you grappled. Being underwater imposes no penalties on your movement or attacks.
When you move more than 150 feet using your walking speed you can leave a trail of kinetic energy on the path you moved over that inflicts 1d10 lightning damage to any creature or object that touches it. This trail of kinetic energy lasts until the end of your next turn.
Kinetic Thoughts
Starting at 13th level, your thoughts move at lightning fast speeds.
You can add your Dexterity modifier to your Intelligence ability checks and Intelligence saving throws.
Creatures cannot read your thoughts unless you allow them to.
Kinetic Copy
Starting at 17th level, you can create a copy of yourself made from kinetic energy.
As an action if you have moved at least 150 feet using your walking speed then you can create an illusory copy of yourself that lasts for 1 minute. The copy can appear at any location within range that you have been before when you used that walking speed, regardless of intervening obstacles. The illusion looks and sounds like you but is intangible. If the illusion takes any damage, it disappears, and the effect ends.
You can use your bonus action to end this effect or move this illusion up to your highest movement speed, and make it gesture, speak, and behave in whatever way you choose. It mimics your mannerisms perfectly.
Physical interaction with the image reveals it to be an illusion, because things can pass through it.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short rest.

You automatically succeed on Dexterity saving throws against effects you can sense while you aren't incapacitated or restrained unless you choose to be affected.
You can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain using a movement speed that is higher than 150 feet. You take 1d10 force damage and are forced out to the nearest empty space if you end your turn fully inside a creature or object.
Your phased movement can become destructive, objects that are not larger than you and creatures take 2d20 force damage if you end your turn inside them if you are not fully inside that creature or object while you are partially phased through them.
Godspeed
Starting at 17th level, your speed becomes godlike.
Your speed increases by 30 feet.
You can use your reaction to use your movement speed to move when another creature begins or ends it's turn in Initiative.
Your Dexterity score increases by 10 to a maximum of 30.
If you move more than 150 feet then until the end of your next turn you are resistant to all damage, you are considered invisible, and cannot be seen with any sense and have advantage on Dexterity ability checks.
Also as an action you can begin to move so fast that no creature is able to perceive you and time seemingly stops for everything except for you and you take 1d4 + 1 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal. You can only use this feature once per long rest.
