Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

The Pugilist Rogue will find that weapons are cumbersome and boring. A good fist to the face can take care of any foe. They will be able to strike multiple times in a single round, disable, grapple, or knock their enemies prone, they'll have a higher chance at hitting a vital spot, and their sneak attacks will deal more damage.

Expert Unarmed Fighter

When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, your unarmed strikes now use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier. Additionally, your body now counts as a finesse weapon for the purpose of making sneak attacks.

Surprise Takedown

Starting at 3rd level, you seize the moment when you make sneak attacks. If you successfully hit your target with a sneak attack, you may attempt to grapple them, knock them prone, or disarm them as a bonus action. For grapples, use either your Athletics (Strength) or Acrobatics (Dexterity), whichever is higher.

Powerful Strikes

Starting at 9th level, you critically hit on a 19 or a 20 when making an unarmed strike. Additionally, your sneak attack die is now a d8 instead of a d6.

Rapid Strikes

At 13th level, when you hit a target with an unarmed attack, or when you miss with sneak attack conditions, you may make another unarmed attack as a bonus action. If one or both strikes critically hit, you may make a third attack during that turn.

Wrathful Flurry

Starting at 17th level, you have turned your body into the perfect weapon. When you make a sneak attack, as a bonus action, you may move up to half your speed and make an attack against a new target with advantage. If this attack hits, you may move up to half your speed and attack with advantage again, building a chain. This chain ends when you cannot attack a new target or you choose to end it.
