Base Class: Monk
Blind Justice Sees With More Than Eyes.
Warriors of the Red Right Hand dole out justice from on High with an iron fist. Their monastic traditions implore them to take divine judgement into their own hands with techniques that allow them to see even when blinded.
Level 3: Blind Justice
As a Bonus Action, you can expend 1 Focus Point to give yourself the Blinded condition. When you gain the Blinded condition in this way it lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it as an Action.
While Blinded, you gain Tremorsense at a range of 30 feet and no creature can have Advantage on an attack roll against you due to the Blinded condition unless you have the Incapacitated condition. Additionally, when you use Deflect Attacks to redirect a ranged attack you may target a creature that you can detect within the range of your Tremorsense.
The range of your Tremorsense increases when you reach Monk levels 6 (60 feet), 11 (90 feet), and 17 (120 feet).
Level 3: The Hand of God
Once per turn while Blinded, when you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike from Flurry of Blows you can give that creature the Blinded condition until the end of their next turn, instead of dealing damage.
Level 6: Black and Blue
While Blinded, once per turn when you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike and deal damage you can roll a number of your unexpended Hit Point Dice equal to 1 + half your proficiency bonus (round down) to deal additional Radiant damage equal to the number rolled. You take damage equal to the number rolled or half while Bloodied, this damage to you cannot be reduced or prevented in any way. Those dice are then expended.
Level 6: Red All Over
When you become Bloodied you regain a number of expended Focus Points and Hit Point Dice equal to your Wisdom Modifier.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest. You regain a use of this feature when you roll for Initiative.
Level 11: Divine Perseverance
While Bloodied, your base Armor Class from Unarmored Defense is equal to 10 plus your Dexterity modifier and double your Wisdom modifier.
Level 17: World on Fire
While Blinded you may expend 10 Focus Points to gain the following benefits for up to 1 minute or until the Blinded condition ends:
Radarsense. Your Tremorsense can detect creatures or objects in the air.
Judgement. No creature can have Advantage on an attack roll against you unless you have the Incapacitated condition.
Make Heaven of Hell. You are considered Bloodied if you are missing any of your Hit Points.

Posted Dec 12, 2025This is a Subclass I made for my homebrew campaign setting, I haven't tested it super thoroughly but I feel pretty good about the balance of it, at least for what I need it for.
