Draw upon everyone's blood to strengthen yourself.
Level 3: Blood Draw
Remove blood from a target dealing 1d6 Necrotic damage. On any roll you make add 2d6 and if it is damage it is Necrotic.
Level 6: Blood Whip
Convert your arms into whips that deal 2d4 Bludgeoning and 1d12 Necrotic damage. They have 35ft of range and can grapple a target as part of the attack. DC=10+prof mod+STR mod.
Level 10: Blood Sacrifice
Take 2d6 Necrotic damage and add 3d10+CON to your spells for the next hour.
Level 14: Blood Ritual
When kill someone and remove all their blood gain one of these benefits.
+10 Max HP.
+1d6 Necrotic damage to all spells.
+3 Initiative.
+2 AC.
+1d8 Necrotic damage to Blood Whips.
