The Warlord is more than a warrior — they are the heart of the battlefield. Through tactical precision, keen awareness, and sheer force of will, a Warlord directs their allies to strike at the right time, to hold when others would break, and to push forward when victory is within reach.

Commander's Presence

As a Bonus Action, you can issue a command to one ally who can see or hear you within 30 feet. Choose one effect:

Strike! The ally can immediately use their Reaction to make one weapon attack.
Advance! The ally can move up to half their Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.
Brace! The ally gains temporary hit points equal to your Proficiency Bonus + your Fighter level until the start of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus, and you regain all uses when you finish a Short or Long Rest.

Inspiring Fortitude

Your presence strengthens the resolve of those who fight with you.

  • When an ally within 30 feet of you rolls a saving throw, you can use your Reaction to grant them a bonus equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier. This ability recharges on a short or long rest.
  • Additionally, you gain proficiency in either Insight or Persuasion (your choice). If you’re already proficient, your proficiency bonus is doubled for that skill.

Coordinated Assault

Your leadership lets your allies seize openings created by your blows.

  • Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can immediately call for a Coordinated Strike. Choose one ally within 30 feet of you who can see or hear you. That ally can use their Reaction to make one weapon attack against the same target with advantage.
  • If the ally’s attack hits, add a bonus to the damage equal to your Charisma modifier.

Rallying Surge

Your surging momentum drives your allies to fight harder.

  • When you use Second Wind, you can choose a number of allies equal to your Proficiency Bonus within 30 feet of you. Each chosen ally regains hit points equal to your Fighter level.

Supreme Commander

At the height of your power, your battlefield mastery inspires allies to unparalleled heights.

  • When you roll Initiative, choose up to three allies who can see or hear you. Each chosen ally gains temporary hit points equal to your Fighter level + your Charisma modifier.
  • Additionally, your Commander's Presence feature improves: you can issue an order as part of the same Bonus Action you use for Second Wind or when you use Action Surge.
