Base Class: Fighter
A fighter who has become so absorbed in the felling of their enemies, they cannot help but attack until their target has been reduced to a broken and battered corpse.
Level 3: Battle insanity
Beginning when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you can designate a temporary anathema to focus your aggression on. Attacks made against your anathema have +2 to hit and damage. While you have an anathema, you cannot make attacks on other targets, and your anathema cannot be changed until the start of your turn after your anathema has died. this effect also ends if you lose sight of your anathema for more than a minute. When you kill your anathema, you must spend your remaining attacks on the body. If you do not deal the finishing blow to your target, you take psychic damage equal to your fighter level plus 2
Level 7: Within my gaze
Starting at 7th level, your gaze makes your anathema weak at the knee. Whenever you designate a new anathema, they must make a wisdom saving throw with a DC equal to 10+ your strength modifier or gain disadvantage on attacks against you for one minute. After one minute, the creature can make another save at the end of their turn, ending the effect on a success.
In addition, when you land a critical hit on your anathema, the creature must make another saving throw with the same DC. If the creature already failed this check once, and fails again, they are paralyzed with fear, acting as if they were under the restrained effect. The creature can attempt this saving throw again at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
Level 10: Beneath my feet
At 10th level, upon killing your anathema you can re-select another creature to be your anathema. When you select another creature, you may move your remaining movement, plus 10 feet, and resume your attacks on the new creature instead of taking your remaining attacks of the corpse of your previous anathema. You regain one attack of your already taken attack action when this ability takes effect.
By my hand
Starting at 15th level, your weapon attacks are considered magical against your anathema, and your bonuses grow to +4 to hit and damage rolls against your anathema.
Level 18: Upon my soul
At 18th level, your bloodlust siphons the life from your anathema in crucial moments. Whenever you reach zero hit points, you can take an amount of attacks on your anathema equivalent to the attacks you could take with one attack action. You regain hit points equal to the damage dealt. This effect can only be used once per long rest.
