Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Path of Curses Barbarian utilizes curses and negative effects around them, directing them to themselves and mirroring them onto others.

They also gain some resistance to the effects of cursed items and and gain additional strength from them.

Vessel of Curses

Your path relishes in curses, as an important part of magic. At 3rd level when you adopt this path, you gain the ability to use curses (spell that applies a debuff for a duration of 1 Minute or longer) and apply them to up to two different creatures.

Starting at 3rd level you may also cast the Blindness/Deafness, gaining additional spells as you level up.
These spells can only be cast on yourself, but you can mirror them onto other creatures via Vessel of Curses.

Spells cast this way last for its full duration (unless the creature succeeds on their saving throws) without requiring concentration and can be cast while raging.
If you succeed on the saving throw for your own copy of the spell, the effect also ends on all other creatures, affected via this trait. You may choose to fail saving throws voluntarily.

Cursed Attunement

Starting on 3rd level, you deal an +1 damage on weapon attacks for each negative effect on you, stemming from spells or cursed items.

Additionally, if you were to suffer the effects of cursed items, roll a d20, if the roll is below your barbarian level, the effect does not take place.
If this trait negates an effect, add a cumulative +3 to the roll until you roll above, at which point the bonus resets.

Curse Magnet

Starting at 6th level, you start to control curses and malevolent effects around you, redirecting them towards yourself and away from others.

As a reaction, when a hostile creature you can see, within 30ft casts a spell, which includes a debuffing effect and only targets one creature, you may let them roll a WIS saving throw against your spell save DC (8 + proficiency + CON modifier).
On a fail, the debuffing effect is applied to you instead (damage is still dealt as normal), which you may mirror with Vessel of Curses as well.

Nova of Curses

Starting at 10th level, you may supress the negative effects of one cursed magic item you are attuned to.
Doing so lets you unleash the negative effect onto all creatures within a 60ft radius sphere, centered around you as an action. (You can do this while raging)
(If the item has multiple stages to its negative effect, it will apply the lowest stage to surrounding creatures and will not gain in severity while you supress it)

Additionally, you may unattune a cursed magic item, if you are attuned to 2 other cursed items already.

Scapegoat

At 14th level, as an action, you may spend 2 hit dies and transfer a curse or negative effect from you or another creature onto a willing or incapacitated creature.
Doing so will end active instances of Vessel of Curses or Nova of Curses, if you transfer the according effect.

You may use this feature any number of times, up to your proficiency bonus.
