Base Class: Ranger
A person of the woods, more so than other rangers. You love the patience of hunting, and gain bonuses to various hunting techniques.
Bushwacker
At 3rd level, you gain additional bonuses when you use throwing weapons.
When you using thrown weapons, you can use this feature once per turn.
Rebound Throw: When using a light hammer and you hit with a throwing attack, you can have it bounce back to you and catch it. You can then either keep hold of it or immediately make a ranged or melee attack with the light hammer.
Limb Tear: When using a handaxe and you hit with a ranged or melee attack, you can choose the target's speed to be reduced by 5 feet. This lasts for 1 minute, or until you use this feature again.
Deep Cut: When you make a ranged attack with a dagger or dart, you can choose the target to bleed if it is able to bleed. While bleeding in this way, you have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks to track that creature.
Prepared Hands: You can throw a javelin as a bonus action.
Pin: When you hit a creature with a thrown spear or trident, you can try to pin it if it is prone. If it is pinned, the creature is restrained until the end of your next turn, or the creature can remove the spear or trident.
Deerstalker
At 7th level, you gain the ability to seize advantage over weak enemies, and can keep a low profile even in combat. Your ranged attacks do not have disadvantage against creatures that are prone. While prone your attacks do not have disadvantage.
Timber Hunter
At 11th level, you gain the ability to hide the source of your attacks. Your attack rolls do not reveal you or end the effects of your Hide in Plain Sight feature to creatures further than 20 feet away, but they do know the general direction of the origin of your attack.
Eyes of the Hunt
At 15th level, you gain special insight on the creatures of nature. You can stalk a creature if the creature is a monstrosity, dragon, beast, or plant, you remain undetected to it, and you can see it. For each minute you spend stalking it, you can learn one of the following features about the animal: Damage Immunities, Damage Resistances, Intelligence Score, Wisdom Score, Dexterity Score, Strength Score, Movement Speed(s), or any other features the DM chooses to disclose.
