"There is no torment greater than time without release"

Lûmvor, the Time Devourer, is an ancient Abyssal demon whose hunger is not for flesh, souls, or suffering in its simplest form, but for lived time itself. Unlike other demonic patrons, Lûmvor does not promise immortality as a gift, nor does it demand devotion or worship. Instead, it traps its warlocks in a state of temporal suspension — neither truly alive nor capable of dying.

Those who enter pacts with Lûmvor rarely do so willingly. The demon answers flawed summonings, arrogant rituals, and desperate invocations meant for lesser entities. When the circle fails, Lûmvor claims the moment — and the conjurer within it.

A warlock of Lûmvor is physically locked in the exact state they were in when the pact was formed. Their body does not age, heal naturally, or decay beyond that instant. Time, however, continues to pass through their mind and soul, accumulating endlessly. Each year lived strengthens Lûmvor’s presence in the Abyss, feeding the demon with memories, experiences, and unending awareness.

The magic granted by Lûmvor reflects this cruel bargain. It manifests as delays, draining effects, suspended states, and the slow erosion of vitality rather than sudden destruction. Enemies feel weakened, unfinished, or out of sync with reality, as if the natural conclusion of their existence has been forcibly postponed or distorted.

To scholars, ancient elves, and long-lived beings, Lûmvor is feared not as a bringer of death, but as a devourer of endings. They understand that existence without the possibility of conclusion is the deepest form of torment — and that time, when denied its finality, becomes a prison.

Warlocks of Lûmvor do not spread his name, nor do they build cults in his honor. They are not prophets or champions. They are conduits — living vessels through which centuries pass, never finishing, never resting, and never truly ending.

Frozen Moment

The moment of your pact never truly ended.

You do not age, and you cannot be magically aged.

When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to drop to 1 hit point instead.
When you do so, you gain one level of exhaustion.

Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.

Out of the Flow

Como uma ação bônus, você entra em um estado de deslocamento temporal até o início do seu próximo turno.

Enquanto estiver neste estado:

Awareness of the Ages

You have lived too long to be common.

- You gain resistance to necrotic damage.
- Whenever you succeed on a saving throw against death, you regain hit points equal to your Warlock level.
- You have advantage on saving throws against effects that cause aging, paralysis, or magical exhaustion.

Absolute Suspension

Force one creature you can see within 60 feet to make a Constitution saving throw against your Warlock spell save DC.
On a failed save, it is incapacitated, speed 0, and cannot take actions or reactions for 1 minute.
On a successful save, it is frightened until the end of your next turn.
The creature can repeat the save at the end of each of its turns.
If a creature is reduced to 0 HP while affected, regain one expended Warlock spell slot (once per long rest).
