Druid
Base Class: Druid

A Unicorn is no mere animal of the fey or mortal world; it is a guardian angel, a deva tasked with defending places no less wild and beautiful than the fields of Elysium. They bring a touch of divinity to the very ground their hooves trot upon, and though it is exceptionally hard to earn their trust, a Druid of pure heart could in theory learn much from these celestial protectors of natural beauty and joy.

Circle of the Unicorn Druids temper the raw power of nature with the celestial grace of their Unicorn tutors to summon glittering beasts of magic and mirth to ride into joyful battle.

Level 3: Circle of the Unicorn Spells

When you reach a Druid level specified in the Circle of the Unicorn Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Circle of the Unicorn Spells
Druid Level Prepared Spells
3 Color Spray, Moonbeam, Shocking Grasp
5 Conjure Animals
7 Fount of Moonlight
9 Dream

Level 3: Glitter Beast

As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape to conjure and mount one of your known Beast forms for 10 minutes. The chosen Beast must be at least one size larger than you, and cannot be summoned if there are not enough unoccupied spaces around you to accommodate it. The steed is an ally to you and your allies, and functions as a controlled mount while you ride it. It disappears if you die or dismount, or if it is reduced to zero hit points. If you summon another steed, it replaces the previously summoned one.

So long as you remain mounted upon the Glitter Beast, you gain the following benefits.

Radiant Horn. Your conjured mount has a golden horn on its head that emits Dim Light in a 20-foot radius. You may use a Bonus Action to have your Glitter Beast attack a target within 5 feet of it. The attack's bonus to hit is equal to your spell attack modifier, and it deals 1d6 plus your Wisdom modifier worth of Radiant damage. The damage die changes when you reach levels 5 (d8), 11 (d10), and 17 (1d12).

Rear Up. As a Reaction, you can force an attack that hits you to hit your mount instead if it does not have the Incapacitated condition.

Mount Glitter Beast

As a Bonus Action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape to conjure and mount one of your known Beast forms for 10 minutes.

Level 6: Herald of Joy

While mounted on your Glitter Beast, you may use any of the following Bonus Actions. You may not use any of these Bonus Actions again until you finish a Long Rest or expend a level 1+ spell slot to restore your use of them (no action required).

Charming Wink. One creature within 60 feet that can see your steed must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be Charmed by you and your allies until the end of your next turn.

Fey Prance. You and your steed teleport to an unoccupied space of your choice up to 60 feet away.

Healing Seat. You and your steed both regain 2d8 Hit Points.

Level 10: Lightborne

Your Glitter Beast confers two more benefits while active, as detailed below.

Flight. Your Glitter Beast gains a Fly Speed equal to its Speed.

Shimmer Cure. At the start of each of your turns, you may end the Blinded, Deafened, Paralyzed or Poisoned condition on one creature within the Dim Light of your Glitter Beast's horn (20-foot radius).

Level 14: Bright Menagerie

The maximum Challenge Rating of the known forms that you can assume with Wild Shape and conjure with Glitter Beast equals your Druid level divided by 3 (round down).
