Base Class: Bard
The College of Vandalism is not a formal bardic college, of course. Rather, it is a collection of likeminded individuals: people who seek to oppose the system in small ways. These individuals band together to hone their craft, learning increasingly effective means of delivering grafitti to those who deserve it most.
Level 3: Grafitti Tools
You gain proficiency in Calligrapher's Supplies and Painter's Supplies, if you do not have them already. These tools can be used as a Spellcasting Focus for all of your spells. Additionally, if you have one of these tools in your hand, you gain the following benefits:
Steady Hand. You have Advantage on any Charisma (Performance) check you make that involves making pigment-based art.
Unconventional Attack. You gain proficiency in Improvised Weapons, and you can use Dexterity instead of Strength when you make attack rolls for them. When you deal damage with an Improvised Weapon, you can deal an additional amount of appropriate physical damage (DM discretion) equal to a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die plus your Dexterity modifier, instead of the strike’s normal damage. This roll doesn’t expend the die.
Level 6: Quick-apply Stencils
When you cast a spell with a casting time of one action, you can expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration to turn the casting time into a bonus action instead. If the spell deals damage, you may add that die to its damage.
Level 6: Fluid Art Style
When you deal damage with a weapon with which you are proficient, you may turn its damage type into any other physical damage type (e.g. Bludgeoning to Slashing). Additionally, if you deal damage with a spell, you may change its damage type to any other magical damage type (i.e. Fire to Thunder).
Level 14: Fight the Power
Whenever an ally within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, you can use a reaction to grant your ally the benefits of your Fluid Art Style feature. If you do so, that ally can also add an amount of damage equal to a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die. The die is not expended if used in this way.
You can also choose to expend the die and double the additional damage granted.
