College of Punk Rock

Hey there! This is my newest subclass, the College of Punk Rock for the Bard! For this subclass (and the next two), I tried to lean more into making these subclasses feel like they were pulled straight out of a source book and would be more in line with the current rules. So anyway, please enjoy this subclass and what I have instore for the future! 

Level 3: Words Have Meaning

SAY IT WITH YOUR CHEST. At 3rd level, when you roll either Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion, you can expend and roll your Bardic Inspiration die and add it to the total. You can only use this benefit before knowing whether you succeed or fail the check. You do not expend a Bardic Inspiration if you still fail the check.

Level 3: Loud And In Your Face

YOU HAVE A VOICE AND IT WILL BE HEARD. At 3rd level, you gain the following benefits. 

• Speak Your Mind. When you cast a spell, you can change its damage type to Thunder
• Feel It In Your Soul. When you deal Thunder damage, you ignore Resistance and Immunity to Thunder damage

Level 6: Make Them Understand

EXPRESS HOW YOU FEEL WITH YOUR NOISE. At 6th level, when you deal Thunder damage, you can expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration; roll your Bardic Inspiration die, and deal extra Psychic damage equal to the roll plus your Charisma modifier (Minimum of 1). If you score a Critical Hit on the attack, you can double your Bardic Inspiration die.

Level 14: Rebellion

STICK IT TO THE MAN. On your first turn in Combat, you can use a Bonus Action to rally up to 5 allies within a 30ft radius of yourself and grant them the following benefits for 1 Minute.

• Allies deal extra damage equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) per hit.
• When you or one of your allies fall to 0 Hit Points for the first time in this combat, remaining allies still standing gain 1d10 Temporary Hit Points and +1 to their attack rolls, saving throws, and spell save DC.
• When an ally kills or Incapacitates an enemy, they gain an extra Action on their next turn.
