Base Class: Rogue
Soul Strategist bind willing spirits of the fallen and merge them with allies to grant supernatural reinforcement. Soul Strategist specialize in battlefield coordination, enhancing their companions with spectral power and tactical control.
Level 3: Mercy for The Departed
When a life ends in your presence, you’re able to perform one last act of mercy to the creature: When a creature of cr 5 or higher you can see within 30 feet of you dies, you can use your reaction to speak a single name (Stephen for example), giving the creature a name while offering it a new purpose as your follower.
The creature’s soul lingers for up to 1 minute. During that time, the creature is able to speak the same language as you and shares your intelligence scores. You have to convince the creature and the DM determines whether the creature is willing to accept your offer or not.
If the creature accepts, its soul becomes your Servant.
If the creature refuses or the minute passes, the soul fades and is lost.
Additionally, whenever you make a initiative check, you can add your Charisma modifier (minimum of one) to the roll.
Servant:
A Servant manifests in a form of your choice. It otherwise appears as a spectral version of its original body.
A Servant has the following properties:
• It is intangible and can move through creatures and objects, but it can interact with inanimate objects when it wants to.
• It can’t take actions, make attacks, or affect creatures directly.
• It understands all languages you speak.
• It shares your Intelligence score.
• It remains bound to you until dismissed by you (no action), or chooses to depart.
• You gain +1 to Hit and Damage roll for 2 Servant you have rounded up (+3 at 5 Servants).
You can have a number of Servants equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). If you would gain a Servant beyond this limit, you must choose one existing Servant to be replaced.

Level 3: Reinforcement from The Departed
As a bonus action, you can merge one of your Servants with a willing creature you can see within 30 feet of you (other than yourself), reinforcing that creature for 1 minute.
While reinforced, the creature gains the following benefits:
• It deals extra necrotic damage equal to your Sneak Attack die once on each of its turns. (One dice)
• It gains temporary hit points equal to twice your Charisma modifier.
In addition, at the start of each of the reinforced creature’s turns, you can choose one of the following options:
• The creature has advantage on the first attack roll it makes that turn.
• The creature gains a bonus to its AC equal to your Charisma modifier until the start of its next turn.
• The creature gains advantage on the next saving throw it makes before the start of its next turn.
A creature can be reinforced by only one Servant at a time. The Servant automatically exited the creature body after a minute has passed or if the creature would drop to 0 Hit points.
Level 9: Servant Specialization
When you gain this feature, choose two Servant Specializations from the list below. You gain a third specialization at 13th level.
Whenever you create a Servant, you choose one specialization for it, it gains Proficiency related to the specialization you give it. Servant may use help actions on you while you're doing a check which it have proficiency in. You may also assign a specialization to an already existing Servant.
When a Servant reinforce a creature, it grants its specialization benefit in addition to the normal effects of Reinforcing Spirits.
Reaper Servant
Once on each of the reinforced creature’s turns, when it deals damage, it can deal extra necrotic damage equal to your Sneak Attack dice (one dice).
Additionally, the Servant gains proficiency in Poisoner's Kit.
Seer Servant
The reinforced creature gains blindsight out to 10 feet and advantage on Perception and Insight checks. And as a reaction when attacks are made against reinforced creature, it can give it a disadvantage.
Additionally, the Servant gains proficiency in Insight and Perception.
Vanguard Servant
The reinforced creature gains a bonus to its Max Hit points equal to thrice your Charisma modifier.
Additionally, the servant gains proficiency in Survival.
Level 13: Soul Relay
When a creature reinforced by your Servant hits a target with an attack, you can use your reaction to allow another Reinforced creature within 30 feet of it to immediately move up to its maximum movements and make one weapon attack.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest.
Level 17: Convergence of The Departed
When you use Reinforcement from The Departed, you may merge up to three Servants instead of one into the same creature.
For each additional Servant merged beyond the first:
• You can choose one extra benefit for each Servant merged at the start of the creature turn.
• The creature also gains the specialization benefit of each merged Servant.
A creature reinforced in this way can benefit from multiple specializations, but it can gain the extra necrotic damage from Reinforcement of The Departed only once per turn.
You can only use this feature once per long rest.
