Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Not having the finesse of an assassin, nor the collectivist approach to killing of mercenary companies, bounty hunters are almost exclusively solitary, although they do sometimes work together to take down particularly dangerous foes. These individuals are well-prepared, rugged, and entirely comfortable with braving harsh conditions to be the first to take down the criminal they are seeking.

Quick build stat priority: STR > CON > DEX=WIS > INT=CHA

Tools of the Trade

At 3rd level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons and medium armor. Additionally, you gain proficiency with the Survival skill.

Collect Bounty

At 3rd level, you may the ignore the finesse requirement when using your sneak attack feature when wielding a one-handed melee weapon.

Fighting Dirty

At 9th level, you may attempt a grapple (Athletics check) as a bonus action and your sneak attack feature works against grappled creatures even if you are the only one within melee of them.

Additionally, you may use your action to make an Athletics contest against a creature within melee of you (advantage if they are grappled). If you succeed, the target is pushed back 10ft from you or knocked prone, your choice. You also make one melee weapon attack against the target. You cannot perform this action on creatures more than one size category larger than you. You cannot gain sneak attack bonus to this attack.

Tactical Stalker

By 13th level, if you have observed a creature for at least 10 minutes outside of combat, and have stayed within range of the creature, then you may use your action on your first turn to mark the target at the start of combat for up to a minute. While marked, the creature takes 1d6 extra damage from all attacks of you or any of your allies that have advantage on their attacks. This extra damage increases by 1d6 for each size category larger than you. Your allies must be within 30ft of you to observe the creature and gain the benefit of this feature. You and your allies can only benefit from this feature for one creature per initiative roll, and one attack per round.

Range is equal to 120 feet and increase by 60 feet every size category lager than you.

Finish Them

At 17th level, when you have advantage on an attack and both dice would hit, you may choose to make the attack a critical hit. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you complete a long rest.
