Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

The Positioner archetype is accepting your ranged weapon as a part of your body and using it exceptionally well. As you walk the positioner's path, you become one of the most dangerous encounters in ranged combat, which reminds your enemies that running or hiding is not an escape from your gaze.

Level 3: Range Weapon Specialization

At 3rd Level, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

Looking Down Upon

When you hit a target with a ranged weapon attack, you deal an extra 1d8 damage to it for every 10 feet you are positioned higher than the target, to a maximum of 10d8.

Reliable Aiming

When attacking with a ranged weapon, your target gains no benefit from cover other than total cover.

Level 7: Eagle Eyes

Beginning at 7th level, you gain proficiency in the Perception skill. If you are already proficient in the skill, your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses the Perception skill proficiency.

Additionally, you can attack a target with a [Tooltip Not Found] beyond the weapon's long range up to an additional range equal to your weapon's normal range.

Level 11: Sharpshooter

At 11th level, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

Elevated Shot

When attacking with a ranged weapon, if you are positioned at least 10 feet higher than the target, you can add your proficiency bonus to the attack and damage rolls against it twice, instead of once.

(Manually Edit the damage as DnDBeyond doesn't allow bonus damage to Ranged Weapon Attacks)

Keen Stirke

When attacking with a ranged weapon, you have advantage on attack rolls against targets within your weapon's normal range.

Level 15: Know Your Enemy

Starting at 15th level, you can take the Ready action on your turn to focus on a creature that you can see within your ranged weapon's range. If the perceivable circumstance you decide occurs before that start of your next turn, you make a ranged weapon attack against the creature as a reaction. If the creature you focus on has 50 hit points or fewer, on a hit, it dies. Otherwise, your attack deals maximum damage to the creature.
