Base Class: Druid
Druids of the Circle of the Mosquito embrace the bloodsucking parasites of nature, who nourish themselves with stolen vitality. Some of these Druids think they represent unpleasant but necessary parts of the natural order. Others just wish to gorge on the blood of their foes.
Circle Spells
2nd-level Circle of the Mosquito feature
The parasitic nature of your magic grants your the ability to cast certain spells. You learn the chill touch cantrip.
When you reach certain druid levels, you gain access to the spells in the table below. They count as druid spells for you, and you always have them prepared, but they don’t count against the total number of spells you prepare each day.

Mosquito Shroud
2nd-level Circle of the Mosquito feature
As a bonus action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to spawn a swarm of insects in a 10-foot emanation around yourself for 10 minutes. It ends early if you dismiss it (no action required), are incapacitated, die, or use this feature again.
When the emanation appears, you can designate creatures to be unaffected by it. Whenever the emanation enters a creature's space and whenever a creature enters the emanation or ends its turn there, the creature must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC.
On a failed save, the creature takes 1d4 piercing damage as insects latch onto it until your emanation ends or you command them to unlatch (no action required). On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage only. A creature makes this save only once per turn.
Each creature latched with insects takes 1d4 necrotic damage at the end of each of its turns. As an action, a creature can make a Wisdom (Medicine) check against your spell save DC. On a success, it removes the insects latched on itself or another target within its reach.
The damage of each effect increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 1d6 at 6th level, 1d8 at 10th level, and 1d10 at 14th level.
Blood Donation
6th-level Circle of the Mosquito feature
You add vampiric touch to your list of Circle Spells, and can cast it without expending a spell slot. Once you do so, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
Damage can't break your concentration on this spell, and you can make its attacks as a bonus action. Each time you make the spell's attack, you can target a creature in your Mosquito Shroud instead of one within your reach, and add your Wisdom modifier to its damage.
Plague Vector
10th-level Circle of the Mosquito feature
When you cast a Circle Spell that can target a single creature, you can instead suspend it in your Mosquito Shroud until your next turn starts or you release it (no action required).
Immediately after your Mosquito Shroud insects latch onto a creature, you can release the suspended spell to have it automatically take effect on that creature.
Scarlet Scourge
14th-level Circle of the Mosquito feature
You can cast insect plague once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest.
Whenever you cast this spell, you can integrate it into your Mosquito Shroud instead of creating a separate swarm. If you do so, it doesn’t require concentration, and your Mosquito Shroud gains the following benefits until the spell ends or you cast it in this way again:
Hemorrhage. The amount of piercing or necrotic damage dealt by your Mosquito Shroud becomes the spell's damage (you choose which when you cast it).
Propagate. The size of the emanation becomes 30 feet. Its area is lightly obscured and difficult terrain.
