Base Class: Wizard
Arcane Warrior apply the arcane arts to melee combat. The combat skills they possess are enhanced by the magic they wield. The flourish of a swordmage’s blade not only bites with steel, but also with fire, lightning, or other powerful forces.
Bonus Proficiencies
Starting at 2nd level, the Arcane Warrior gains proficiency in athletics, martial weapons, and shields.
Arcane Ward
Starting at level 2, you gain an arcane ward around you. This ward gives you an additional hit point per level in this class. in addition, while you are wearing no armor, your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Intelligence modifier.
Martial Focus
Starting at second level, You may spend an hour to designate a single martial melee weapon as your Arcane Focus. In addition, you add your intelligence modifier in place of your strength or dexterity when using this martial melee weapon.
Spell and Blade
Starting at 6th level, when you take an action to cast a cantrip, you may also make a melee weapon attack with your arcane focus.
Arcane Aegis
Starting at 6th level, your arcane ward can deflect away damage from you or an nearby ally. If you or another creature you can see within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to reduce that damage by 4d6.
Reflective Aegis
At 14th level, when you use your Arcane Aegis, the damage reduced is instead dealt to the attacking creature as force damage. This damage also effects each creature within 10 feet of the attacking creature.
