Bard
Base Class: Bard

3rd Level Features

Gentle Tailwind
At 3rd level, the wind's blessing can follow those around you. A creature's movement speed increases by 10 ft while they have any of your Bardic Inspiration dice.

Tempestuous Song
At 3rd level, your very voice can guide the weave into place alone. Any cantrip or spell with a material component and a verbal component that is neither consumed nor costly can be cast without the material component. You also learn the Gust of Wind spell, which doesn’t count against the number of bard spells you know.

6th Level Features

Wind Burst
At 6th level, you can inspire the wind to give a violent push. A creature you granted Bardic Inspiration to can expend a die to Dash or Disengage as a bonus action.

Updraft
At 6th level, the wind voluntarily acts as a cushion. Whenever you are falling, you can use a reaction to negate up to 30 feet worth of fall damage. You can only make this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

14th Level Feature

Turbulent Storm
At 14th level, you can whip up a violent wind that hinders enemies while assisting your allies. As an action, you accelerate the air within 60 feet of you. In this space, enemy creatures are slowed by 10 ft and have disadvantage on ranged attacks. Additionally, ally creatures in this space gain 10 ft of flight, or 30 ft instead if they already have a flight speed. This effect lasts for 1 minute or until you lose concentration (as if concentrating on a spell).

You can use this feature only once until you take a long rest.
