Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

Clerics of the Passion Domain are conduits of Bah-Rehst, goddess of carnal love, creativity, and passion in all its forms. They channel warmth, joy, and righteous fury into the world, healing allies and inspiring courage. Their touch, presence, and devotion radiate energy that can soothe, protect, or embolden, making them both gentle caretakers and formidable champions of passion.

Amongst those who've seen then, the nickname 'Heart-Throb' has stuck, in heavy part due to their incredible natural beauty and charisma. They often wear skimpy, frilly attire called 'Ultralight Armor' and most bear the holy symbol of the Curves o Bah-Rehst.

The Holy Symbol: Curves of Bah-Rehst

The symbol is more than a badge of office; it is a "battery" for the cleric's power.

  • Orgonne Focus: When you use your Channel Divinity: Orgonne Flare while holding or wearing the symbol, the radius of the effect increases from 30 feet to 60 feet as the symbol pulses with a blinding, warm pink light.
  • Alluring Glow: As a Bonus Action, you can cause the symbol to shed dim light in a 10-foot radius. While it is glowing, you have Advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks to influence creatures that can see the light.

Combat and Roleplay Tips

  1. The Charisma Defense: Because your AC now scales with Charisma via your Ultralight Armor, you can focus on your social stats without feeling "squishy" in the front lines. A high Charisma makes you both a better diplomat and harder to hit.
  2. Strategic Distraction: Use the Curves of Bah-Rehst to draw eyes toward you. In combat, this is flavor for your Aura of Awe (Level 17) or Compelled Duel (Level 3), forcing enemies to focus on the most beautiful thing on the battlefield while your allies maneuver.
  3. The "Magical Girl" Reveal: Roleplay your Ultralight Armor as mundane (if revealing) clothing that suddenly "ignites" with Orgonne energy when you Rage or cast a Domain spell, creating a shimmering field of force around your body.
  4. Roleplay Hook: You treat your Ultralight Armor with the same care a knight treats their plate, constantly polishing the Orgonne filaments. You might even have a "transformation sequence" or a specific catchphrase you use when activating your Orgonne Flare to fully lean into the Heart-Throb persona.

Level 3: Disciple of Delight

Your healing is infused with a soothing Orgonne pulse. Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that restores Hit Points to a creature, that creature also gains Temporary Hit Points equal to your Wisdom modifier and Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).

Additionally your divine talents grant you proficiency in whips and persuasion.

Level 3: Passion Domain Spells

Your connection to this divine domain ensures you always have certain spells ready. When you reach a Cleric level specified in the Passion Domain Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

Passion Domain Spells
Cleric Level Prepared Spells
3 Calm Emotions, Charm Person, Cure Wounds, Inflict Wounds
5 Beacon of Hope, Dispel Magic
7 Confusion, Freedom of Movement
9 Dominate Person, Greater Restoration

Level 3: Orgonne Flare

As a [actions]Magic[/actions] Action, you can expend a use of your Channel Divinity to radiate a wave of fervent energy. Choose one of the following effects:

  • Soothing Caress: Creatures of your choice within 30 feet must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or be Charmed by you for 1 minute. This effect ends early on a creature if it takes damage from you or your allies.
  • Fiery Passion: Creatures of your choice within 30 feet gain Advantage on the next attack roll they make before the start of your next turn. Additionally, for 1 minute, you and your allies deal an extra 1d4 Fire damage whenever you hit with a melee attack while within 30 feet of you.

Level 6: Orgasmic Transformation

You have mastered the art of drawing divine energy into your physical form, momentarily transforming into a dazzling, empowered form clad in Ultralight Armor. You choose the design of this traditionally skimpy and seductive attire.

You can use a Bonus Action to transform your clothes into your Ultralight Armor. This transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a Free Action. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a Long Rest, unless you expend a spell slot of 5th level or higher to use it again.

While transformed, you gain the following benefits:

  • Aesthetic Armor: Your AC calculation changes to 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier, but only if you remove any currently equipped armor.
  • Orgonne Surge: Whenever you strike an enemy with a Whip or any Cleric spell with an attack roll, you deal an additional 1D6 Radiant damage.
  • Radiant Touch: Your Disciple of Delight feature now grants Temporary Hit Points equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier+ your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1) to the target when you restore Hit Points to them.

Level 17: Avatar of Adoration

You emanate a permanent 10-foot aura of divine magnetism. At the end of a Long Rest, choose one of the following aspects for the aura:

  • Aura of Awe: Hostile creatures within the aura have Disadvantage on attack rolls against any target other than you.
  • Aura of Ecstasy: You and allies within the aura have Resistance to Fire damage and have Advantage on saving throws against being Charmed or Frightened.
