Monk
Base Class: Monk

Warriors of the Dimensions have mastered the art of creating wormholes in their reality. Dimensional Monks focus their energies to harness control over the very matter around them, controlling the battlefield in unpredictable fashion. When combined with their ability to redirect damage in combat, Warriors of the Dimensions are considered capable foes.

Level 3: Dimensional Attunement

At the start of your turn, you can expend 1 Focus Point to imbue yourself with dimensional energy. For the next minute or until you have the Incapacitated condition. You gain the following benefits while this feature is active.

Extensive Reach. When you make an Unarmed Strike, your reach becomes 30 feet, as parts of your body portal to locations of your choosing within range. You may still only make opportunity attacks on creatures within 5 feet of you.

Enhanced Deflection. When using your Deflect Attacks feature, you may spend focus points to further reduce the deflected damage by 1d10 for each focus point spent.

Level 3: Manipulate From Afar

You know the Mage Hand spell. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for it. You can control the hand as a bonus action, and through it, you can make Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) checks.

Level 6: Dimensional Doorway

As a Magic action, you can expend 2 Focus Points to create a rift in space up to 3 feet in diameter and depth (Cylinder). The rift may only be created on a non-magical, non-living surface within 10’ of you.

If the depth of the rift is greater than the depth/thickness of the surface on which it was created, the rift serves as a portal through that surface as if an open doorway were present, allowing objects and creatures to pass through, provided the object/creature is able to fit through the opening.

The rift may appear in any orientation, though placing it on vertical or overhead surfaces may cause debris or creatures to fall, as gravity is unaffected. If the rift does not reach all the way through the surface, materials/objects where the rift was created are folded into an extra dimensional space and return once the rift ends.

The rift lasts up to 1 minute and requires concentration as if concentrating on a spell. The doorway may be dismissed as a bonus action. Objects/creatures are harmlessly ejected on the side where most of their matter is when it closes.

Level 11: See the Other Side

For the next 1 minute, you gain the ability to see into and through solid matter. This vision has a radius of 30 feet. To you, solid objects within this radius appear transparent and don’t prevent light from passing through them. This vision can penetrate 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, or up to 3 feet of wood or dirt. Thicker substances block the vision, as does a thin sheet of lead. You may activate this vision as a Bonus Action and may do so a number of times equal to your [Tooltip Not Found] per long rest.

Level 17: Dimensional Dismemberment

When using your Dimensional Doorway feature (see level 6), your rift may now be up to 6 feet in depth and diameter. Additionally, you may now choose to shut your rift with deadly effect. Living creatures within the rift when it closes take force damage equal to a number of d8 equal to half your monk level (rounded down) ( 1d8{{(classlevel/2)@rounddown}} ). If this damage is enough to reduce the creature to 0 hp, the rift cleaves through the creature, leaving body parts at both ends of the closing rift.
