Barbarian: Path of the Noble Warrior

The Noble Warrior is a paragon of tactical fury, transforming the primal rage into a disciplined instrument of war. While other barbarians surrender to a mindless haze, you harness your fervor to dictate the flow of the battlefield. Your presence is defined by the Noble Cry, a versatile arsenal of shouts that function as the cornerstone of your combat style. These cries are more than just noise; they are resonant commands and ancestral echoes that can bolster your allies’ resolve, cripple an enemy's spirit, or seize control of the surrounding terrain.

As you progress, your mastery over the physical world deepens. You become a mobile force of nature, utilizing powerful maneuvers like the Leap to close the distance on priority targets or the Ground Stomp to shatter the footing of those who dare stand against you. By the time you reach the pinnacle of this path, your authority is absolute, turning every skirmish into an exhibition of your dominance.

Heralds of the Frontier

Your tactical options evolve as you grow in power. At the onset of your journey, you gain access to foundational shouts that define your role as a protector or a hunter. As your legend grows, you unlock more complex and devastating cries, mirroring the specialized boons granted to those who walk the highest paths of power. Whether you are leading a "slayer" party through the haunted Northeast or holding a line against outlaws in the West, the Noble Warrior is the immovable anchor of any unit.

  • Tactical Resilience: Your Rage is a resource for command, allowing you to cycle through different shouts to adapt to shifting threats.

  • Athletic Superiority: Use your raw strength to navigate the battlefield with explosive leaps and earth-shaking impacts.

  • Commanding Presence: Beyond your physical might, you possess the charisma to lead, making you the natural vanguard of your people.

Frontier Leap

Your physical conditioning and explosive power allow you to traverse the frontier with unnatural agility. You gain Expertise in the Athletics skill.

Additionally, while you are Raging, you can use a Bonus Action to leap a distance up to your current Walking Speed toward a creature you can see. This movement does not provoke Opportunity Attacks.

If you land within 5 feet of the creature and hit it with a melee weapon attack on the same turn, the target takes extra damage equal to your Strength modifier and must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Strength modifier) or be knocked Prone.

Ancestral Whirlwind

You become a blur of unstoppable violence, weaving through the chaos of the battlefield with lethal precision. As an Action, you can move up to your current Walking Speed. This movement does not provoke Opportunity Attacks.

During this movement, you can make one melee weapon attack against each creature that is within your reach at any point during the move. You can make no more than one attack against any specific creature during this Action.

If you are Raging when you use this feature, you can also unleash one Noble Shout as part of the same Action without requiring a Bonus Action. Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a Short or Long Rest.

Tremor of the Great Spirit

Your connection to the ancient foundations of the land allows you to strike with the concentrated weight of the tectonic plates. As an Action, you can slam your weapon or foot into the earth, sending a localized shockwave through the soil.

Each creature of your choice within 15 feet of you must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save, a creature is knocked Prone, and its Speed is reduced to 0 until the start of your next turn as the ground beneath them ripples and binds their movement.

Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a Short or Long Rest, unless you spend a use of your Rage to use it again.
