Base Class: Rogue
Those who walk this path live by the saying "something the better part of valor is learning when to fight another day".
Level 3: Cunning Reaction
Your Cunning Action can be used with a reaction when you take damage or while you are Frightened. When you take the Disengage reaction, you can use any movement that you have not used this round.
Level 9: Hexing Retaliation
You know all spells that are cast with a Reaction who's level is less than or equal to your Proficiency Bonus & cast a number of spells who's levels = your Proficiency Bonus + 1/2 your Rogue Level, resetting on a short rest. DEX is your spell casting mod.
Level 13: Avoiding Peril
In addition to learning Reaction spells, you now know all spells with the Deception tag.
Level 17: Forced Sympathy
As a reaction to taking damage &/or being put under the Frightened condition, you may unleash a scream of pain. If the creature that inflicted the damage &/or fear hears the scream, they must make a INT save. If they fail, they take psychic damage equal to the damage you took &/or now under the frightened condition. On a successful save they take half as much damage &/or are not frightened. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short rest.
