Base Class: Fighter
"I'm sorry, Albina - We'll have to postpone our scheduled critique from today to tomorrow. A fellow Maestro has sought my counsel on gallery management, so I will be visiting theirs for a spell."
"I entrust my gallery to your hands in my absence. This shouldn't need mentioning, but please make sure not to let that drunkard, Valencina, take a single step into my gallery."
You have taken up the art of Corporism, an art form that involves making sculptures out of corpses. While studying this art form, you have learned how to procure... "Ingredients" quite well. Now, you travel to find more exotic ingredients to create even more artwork.
Corpus Theater - Level 3
"Shh. Please be silent while viewing an exhibition."
(Optional rule) Bastion Facility: Corpus Gallery
You gain access to a new special facility in your Bastion: Corpus Gallery. This Special Facility does not count against your total Special Facilities. It costs 0 gold to create a Cramped Corpus Gallery, but upgrading the size of the Gallery still costs the normal amount of gold (Roomy = 500, Vast = 2000). Building time for the Gallery is no different from other special facilities.
Corpus Gallery;
You can use the bodies of creatures you have slain to create Corpus Sculptures to display in your Gallery, which you have open to the public.
While you have a Corpus Gallery, you gain 1 Gold per visitor to the Gallery. The maximum amount of visitors per day depends on the size of the Gallery, and the amount of Sculptures you have:
Cramped - 2 Sculptures, 2 Visitors per sculpture.
Roomy - 4 Sculptures, 3 Visitors per sculpture.
Vast - 8 Sculptures, 5 Visitors per sculpture.
Each sculpture requires at least 1 corpse of medium size or larger. Making a sculpture using smaller corpses require 4 corpses instead of 1.
The Gallery is climate controlled, so the sculptures do not decay.
After adding a new sculpture to the gallery, the Gold per visitor becomes 2 for 1 day. This can only happen once per month.
You gain 2 Hirelings that run the gallery by collecting the entrance fee and preventing vandalism.
The DM can decide that during an attack, your Gallery sculptures are at risk of being damaged or destroyed. During an attack, If at least one hireling would die, one survives instead, and 1d4 sculptures are destroyed.
Empower Action: Advertise.
When you issue the Empower order to this facility, your hirelings put out advertising for the gallery. Your maximum visitors per day increase by 2 per sculpture until your next bastion turn.
Artistry skills
You gain proficiency in Insight OR perception, Painter's Supplies, and Performance OR slight of Hand.
Corpus Theater
When you hit a creature, if your roll to hit was at least 5 over the creature's armor class, The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC = 8 + Proficiency bonus + Strength/Dexterity modifier) or be restrained until the end of their turn. On a critical hit, they become restrained until their next turn instead.
This can happen once per turn.
At level 10, this feature triggers if you beat a creature's AC by 4 or more instead.
At level 18, this feature triggers if you beat a creature's AC by 3 or more instead.
Transcend the Corpus
You can incorporate a weapon into your body.
When you gain this feature, and at any time during a long rest, you can change the damage type of your unarmed strikes to slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning damage, and you can choose one of the following 3 properties. These properties also change the damage of your unarmed strikes;
Finesse - This property also changes the damage of your unarmed strikes to 1d6.
Heavy - This property changes the damage of your unarmed strikes to 1d8. You do not have disadvantage with your unarmed strikes if you are a small creature.
Reach (10 feet) - This property also changes the damage of your unarmed strikes to 1d6.
You can choose to not choose any of the above properties to use the regular damage of your unarmed strikes.
If you have a magic weapon, you can choose to incorporate that weapon into your body. You gain the magical bonuses and properties of the weapon, provided they can apply to unarmed strikes. The DM determines if a property is incompatible.
Your unarmed strikes are considered weapon attacks for the purposes of features and effects. You cannot benefit from more than one weapon’s magical properties at a time.
Theater of Flesh and Bone - Level 7
"Albina...? The time has come to exhibit the art of corporism...!"
"From there… Please observe…!"
My, How we love the Flesh and Blood...!
Once per round, when an ally you can see within 30 feet makes their first weapon attack on their turn, you can use your reaction to grant them a +2 bonus to attack rolls until the end of their turn.
At level 10, the range increases to 50 feet, and you do not need to see the ally to trigger this feature.
Artwork: Tibia
Each time you trigger a creature to make a saving throw through your Corpus Theater feature, regardless of the result of the save, you gain 1 Artwork: Tibia. You gain bonuses depending on your Artwork: Tibia;
1 Stack: +1 on attack rolls.
2 Stacks: +1 on attack rolls and damage rolls.
3 Stacks: +2 on attack rolls, +1 on damage rolls.
4 Stacks: +2 on attack rolls and damage rolls.
You lose all Artwork: Tibia when initiative ends, and you can only gain 1 Artwork: Tibia per turn. You may only have up to 4 stacks of Artwork: Tibia at a time.
At level 15, Your Artwork: Tibia is reduced to 1 when initiative ends instead of being removed completely.
Art of Self-Corporisim - Level 10
"To the audience... I can't show any disgraceful behavior."
Installation Arts No 3: Improvised Ribcage
When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you instead drop to 1 hit point, you can then expend any number of your Artwork: Tibia stacks to regain hit points, healing 10% of your maximum hit points per Artwork: Tibia you spend (round up), but your maximum amount of Artwork: Tibia is lowered by the amount spent to heal, this can reduce the maximum to 0. If your maximum becomes 0, you cannot gain Artwork: Tibia stacks until it resets.
This feature can only be used once per Long rest, and your Maximum Artwork: Tibia resets back to 4 at the end of initiative.
Professionalism
When you gain one of the following conditions, you can use your reaction to expend 1 Artwork: Tibia and instantly end the effect on yourself.
Blinded
Charmed
Deafened
Frightened
Grappled
Poisoned
Restrained
The following statuses require you to spend 2 Artwork: Tibia instead.
Petrified
Paralyzed
Stunned
Spending Artwork: Tibia this way does not reduce your maximum Artwork: Tibia. Negating a status effect does not negate the damage or other effects that the cause of the status would inflict, if any.
At level 15, You can also spend Artwork: Tibia to end a Curse on yourself, as though you cast Remove Curse on yourself. The DM decides how many stacks of Artwork: Tibia it would cost to remove the curse.
Gallery Etiquette - Level 15
"Vandalism is prohibited!"
Please, Vandalism is Prohibited
When a creature you can see within your movement range is targeted by an attack, you can use your reaction to move up to your speed to a space within 5 feet of that ally, without provoking opportunity attacks, and become the target of the attack instead. You must use this feature before the attack roll is made.
If the attack misses you, you can make one weapon attack against the attacker. If you used your reaction to use 'My, How we love the flesh and blood' during the current round, you may still use this feature.
Please, Do stop running in the Gallery
After a creature recovers from the Restraint applied by your Corpus Theater feature, their movement speed is reduced by 10 feet, and it cannot take the dash action. This lasts for 1 minute, ending early if it receives magical healing. This cannot reduce a creature's speed below 5 feet.
Magnum Opus - Level 18
"The gallery's closing hour is here, everyone. Goodbye!"
Installation Arts No 1: Closing Time - Your flesh and bones as the Gallery's seats
When you roll initiative, you gain 'Viewing the Tableau' for 6 rounds, ending at the end of your sixth turn. While you have Viewing the Tableau, your AC increases by 1. Viewing the Tableau cannot be removed by external effects.
At any time during your turn while you do not have Viewing the Tableau, you may use your action to Close the Gallery;
Closing Time:
All creatures you choose within a 100 foot radius sphere, centered on you, must make a dexterity saving throw (DC = 8 + Your proficiency bonus + your strength/dexterity mod + half your Artwork: Tibia stacks). On a failure, the creature takes 8d8 + (2x your Artwork: Tibia stacks) piercing damage and is restrained until the end of their next turn, as if you triggered Corpus Theater. On a success, the creature takes half damage and has their speed reduced to 0 until the end of their current turn instead.
You may only use this feature once per combat, after all, it's rude to announce closing time more than once~
After using Closing Time, all other allies within 80 feet of you have a +1 to attack and damage rolls until initiative ends.

Posted Jul 9, 2026Very fun to read Project Moon based subclass, love my washed up Grade 9 Maestro. Although reading this it did occur to me: This really is a bit too freeform to be a "Fighter" subclass. Not to say a Fighter CAN'T do all these things and this isn't a slight against your creativity/planning in any way, but this subclass could just as well be some kind of Artificer or even Barbarian flavor depending on the interpretation. Just goes to show that sometimes DnD is at its best when the rules are hyper flexible, though this might not even occur to some prospecting Project Moon inspired DMs.
Oh one more thing as a personal belief, I think the conditionals for Corpus Theater of having to go at least 5 over the target's armor class is a bit strict in some encounters. Maybe give this subclass something to --temporarily-- reduce the armor class of a target. I know this goes down to 4 at level 10 and 3 at level 18, but some games hardly ever get their players to level 10, and almost none to level 18. (Though I suppose if a DM is allowing/using this subclass then they might have thought that through already :P). Once again this is just my personal recommendation. The Ring IS half-about seeking knowledge, so maybe add an intelligence/wisdom or even a perception/insight/investigation based check on if this Corporist has specifically armor class advantage against a target. ...Although this also gives me an idea on a sort of Ranger Fauvist having that type of ability on their favorite monster category.
Anyways love this subclass, very fun!
