Base Class: Monk
Monks of this tradition embody the equilibrium of the cosmos. While they inherit the divine weight of Order from Themis, they carry the flickering, defiant spark of Prometheus within their souls. They do not just follow the law; they refine it through the fire of human progress.

| 6th | Weight of Inevitability |
| 11th | Forethought’s Protection |
| 17th | Titan of the New Dawn |
3rd Level: Eyes of the Scales
Your lineage grants you an innate sense of cosmic balance. You gain proficiency in Insight if you don’t already have it. Additionally, you can sense the "weight" of a soul. As a bonus action, you can discern if a creature within 30 feet has committed a great injustice or broken a vow within the last 24 hours.
3rd Level: Promethean Spark
The fire Prometheus stole for humanity now burns in your strikes. When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can spend 1 Ki point to deal additional Fire damage equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die.
-
The Gift of Skill: You gain proficiency with Glassblower's Tools or Smith's Tools, representing the crafts Prometheus taught to mortals.
6th Level: Weight of Inevitability
You can channel the gravitational authority of Themis to root enemies in place. When you use your Stunning Strike, whether the target succeeds or fails their save, their movement speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn as "divine law" anchors them to the earth.
Furthermore, your Unarmed Strikes count as Siege weapons (dealing double damage to objects and structures), reflecting your Titanic strength.
11th Level: Forethought’s Protection
Named for Prometheus ("Forethought"), this feature allows you to react before a blow even lands. When a creature you can see misses you with an attack, you can use your reaction to immediately make one Unarmed Strike against them or move up to half your speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
If this reactive strike hits, you regain 1 Ki point as you restore balance to the flow of combat.
17th Level: Titan of the New Dawn
You briefly assume the form of a True Titan. As an action, you can spend 5 Ki points to grow in size (as per the Enlarge spell) for 1 minute. While in this form:
-
You shed bright light in a 30-foot radius.
-
Any creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of you takes Fire damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.
-
Themis’s Verdict: Once per turn, when you hit a creature, you can force them to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, they are Blinded by your radiance and Restrained by ethereal chains of Law until the start of your next turn.
Level 3: Scales of Discernment
Your connection to Themis allows you to perceive the truth behind lies. You gain proficiency in Insight and Investigation. If you already have proficiency in either, you gain expertise in that skill.
Additionally, as a bonus action, you can spend 1 Ki point to enter a state of "Perfect Objectivity" for 1 minute. While in this state:
-
You have advantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks.
-
You can see through normal and magical darkness up to 30 feet.
-
You can instantly tell if a creature you are looking at is under the influence of an enchantment spell.
Level 3: The Promethean Gift
Prometheus’s blessing manifests as a literal spark of creation within your soul. You learn the Control Flames cantrip.
Furthermore, when you use Flurry of Blows, you can choose to imbue your strikes with the "Stolen Fire." Your unarmed strikes deal Fire damage instead of bludgeoning damage for those attacks. If both attacks hit the same target, the target’s armor or skin glows white-hot, granting the next attack roll made against them Advantage before the end of your next turn.
Level 6: Verdict of the Titan
You channel the crushing weight of the Law. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 2 Ki points to cast Hold Person as a bonus action, flavored as ethereal chains of order binding the target.
If a creature is paralyzed or restrained by this feature, your melee attacks against them deal an additional 1d6 Fire damage, as the Promethean spark punishes those who defy the cosmic balance.
Level 11: Forethought’s Aegis
In honor of Prometheus (whose name means "Forethought"), you gain a preternatural ability to sense incoming chaos.
-
You cannot be surprised while you are conscious.
-
When you use your Patient Defense feature, you gain a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to your Monk level + Wisdom modifier. These temporary hit points represent a shimmering aura of bronze light that deflects incoming strikes.
Avatar of Just Law
you manifest the full stature of your Titanic lineage. As an action, you can spend 5 Ki points to transform into a towering figure of bronze and flame for 1 minute. You gain the following benefits:
-
Titanic Reach: Your reach with unarmed strikes increases by 5 feet.
-
Themis’s Presence: Creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you have disadvantage on saving throws against being Stunned or Restrained.
-
Unquenchable Spark: When you are reduced to 0 hit points while in this form, you can choose to drop to 1 hit point instead. This causes a massive explosion of fire; every hostile creature within 15 feet must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 8d6 Fire damage. Once you use this specific benefit, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
