Base Class: Monk

These monks channel the astral plane, not for protection but for the best thing the astral plane has to offer, More Punches!!! Instead of the usual one set of arms, a helmet, chestplate and eventually a full set of armor these monks get up to, 10 extra arms!

Level 3: Dimensional punch

Once per long rest when you have extra sets of arms you can make a extra attack with them per arm! Each attack however will only do 1d4 damage.

Level 3: Astral arms

As a bonus action you can use a ki point to summon a set of astral arms. When you do so all creatures you chose within 10 ft of you make a Dex save against your monk DC                            ( 8+proficiency+ WIS mod) or they take 2d10 damage. While the arms are active you can use them to make attacks, if you do so they get 10ft reach and can use wisdom in place of DEX or STR. Additionally you can make STR checks and saving throws with WIS. 

Level 6: Way of the Shadow Punch

 As a bonus action or part of Another Arms summon, you can spend a ki point to summon a set of shadowy arms. When you do so you may cast Darkness for free centered on you but it doesn't affect you, however you can only use on arm summoning effect a turn except the normal astral arms one. These arms have 10 ft reach and do Necrotic damage. While using these arms you may also make STR checks and saving throws with DEX 

 

Level 11: Way of The Fey Punch

  As a bonus action or part of Another Arms Summon, you can spend a ki point to summon a set of glowing pink arms that look like there is a flower pattern on them.  When you do so one creature of your choice within 10 ft of you makes a STR save against your monk DC(8+proficiency+WIS mod) or become grappled by vines. These arms have 10 ft reach and let you make  STR saves and checks with  CHA

Level 17: Arms of The Elements

  While all of your other arms are active you can summon the 4 Arms of The Elements. Each of the arms are made of a different element water,earth,fire and air. When you summon these arms you can choose up to 4 creatures within 10ft of you to make a DEX save against your Monk DC(8+proficiency+WIS mod) or take 2d10 damage each do damage their elements damage, fire does fire , air does thunder but earth and water aren't damage types so they do bludgeoning you can target 1 creature with all of them or spread out damage. All of these arms have 10 ft reach and do their type of damage as said above. While these arms are active when you use extra attack instead of 2 attack you have 4 as long as all are with elemental arms.
