Paladin
Base Class: Paladin

As an oath of the veil paladin you embody a protector of secrets, an agent of knowledge and a warrior for their cause. Although your are the sword called upon for this duty and keeping a low profile might not always be possible you do your best to keep the unknowing unknowing and all the witnesses beyond the veil.

Your oath calls for you to do what only you can know about:
A secret is a treasure to be protected and cared for,
the unworthy are to be kept in the dark.
I myself know that not everything is meant to be known,
knowledge can be dangerous and it is my duty to protect the oblivious.
I will punish those who willingly tell secrets
and will choose torture and death over compromising what I swore to protect.

Level 3: Oath of the Veil Spells

You gain the following Channel Divinity options. See the Sacred Oath class feature for how Channel Divinity works.

Tell no secrets. Choose a creature you can see in a range of 120ft. It has to pass a charisma saving throw (spellsave DC) or it is silenced for 1 minute.

Prophetic dream. You can use this channel divinity only once per long rest. Roll and gain a portent die.

Level 7: Aura of Diversion

With your shrouding presence you veil your intentions to others. Your aura extends with a 15ft radius around your space. Enemies inside your aura have to reduce their insight checks by your charisma modifier.

Level 15: Smiting Witnesses

Whenever you cast Divine Smite, your enemy has to pass a charisma saving throw against your spell save DC or be silenced and blinded until the end of your next turn.

Additionally all creatures silenced by your Channel Divinity: Tell no Secrets recieve 1d4 additional psychic or radiant damage when first damaged each turn.

Level 20: Might Unknown

After you hit an enemy with an attack roll you channel might unknown. Eldritch, divine or fiendish whatever protects your secrets along side you or whatever is hidden by it, it empowers you with force beyond understanding.
Your attack deals an additional 3d6 radiant, 3d6 psychic and 3d6 necrotic damage.
