Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Barbarians who walk the Path of the Monstrous channel their inner rage to warp their bodies into towering avatars of destruction that reflect the fury within them.

Level 3: Monstrous Form

Whenever you activate your rage, you can transform yourself into a hulking monstrosity. You decide what your monstrous form looks like. You stay in this form until your rage ends. While in this form, you gain the following benefits:

Towering. If you are smaller than Large, you become Large. If there isn't enough room for you to increase your size, you're forced into a squeeze. In addition, you choose whether your equipment falls in your space or merges into your new form.

Claws. Your unarmed strikes are treated as though they had the Reach property, and do 2d6 + your Strength modifier Slashing damage, instead of the normal damage for an unarmed strike.

Muscular Defense. You can add your Strength modifier to the AC provided by your Unarmored Defense feature.

Level 3: Slayer

Once per turn, when you make a melee attack against a creature, you can instead force each creature other than yourself that is both within 10 feet of the original target and within your reach to make a Dexterity saving throw. The save DC equals 8 plus your Strength modifier and Proficiency Bonus. On a failed save, a creature takes damage equal to your claws damage.

You can only use this feature while in your Monstrous Form. If you use your Reckless Attack feature, the creatures affected make the saving throw with Disadvantage.

Level 6: Terrifying Scream

You can cast the Fear spell without expending a spell slot a number of times equal to your Rage Damage bonus. When you cast the spell with this feature, it requires neither material components nor concentration, and you can cast it while your Rage is active. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Strength is your spellcasting ability for this spell.

Level 6: Mayhem

Whenever you deal damage with your Slayer feature, multiply the total damage by your rage damage. Additionally, your Claws and the Slayer feature can deal your choice of Force damage or its normal damage type.

Level 10: Death from Above

You are relentless. While in your Monstrous Form, you no longer take damage from falling. Once per round, at the start of any creature's turn, you can jump up to 30 ft.

If you fall into the space of another creature, the creature must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw. On a fail, that creature takes 1d6 Bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet you fell, to a maximum of 20d6. The creature is knocked Prone underneath your feet and has the Grappled condition.

If using this feature puts you into another creature's space, you are not forced Prone as a result of being in that creature's space, even if they are your size or larger. If you use this feature again, the Grappled condition immediately ends on the target(s) affected by this feature.

Level 14: Megadeth

You can cast the Power Word Kill spell without expending a spell slot a number of times equal to half your Rage Damage bonus, rounded down. You can cast this spell while your Rage is active. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Strength is your spellcasting ability for this spell.
