Base Class: Barbarian
In the dark halls of the Agythian Cult, twisted magical experiments were conducted. Fusing the energy of an Abyssal deity with an unwilling host, the victim was forced to enter a demonically-induced fugue state. Empowered with fel strength, these ruthless killers were unleashed to wreak havoc and assist the Agythian Cult with their efforts to open a massive gateway to the Abyss. Though the Cult was defeated, and most of the Felfire victims were destroyed, a few still wander, at constant war with the demon within.
Felfire Runes
At 3rd level the Abyssal Deity you have chosen covers your skin with glowing runes, empowering you with demonic energies. Your size changes to Large when you enter Rage, and your form expands to 10 feet tall. You have advantage on all Strength checks while raging.
Abyssal Might
At 3rd level you can choose to add 1d8 necrotic damage to your attack, once per turn. This increases to 2d8 at 10th level, and 3d8 at 15th.
You've Got a Friend in You
You've grown more accustomed to the Abyssal fragment that dwells within you, and it has become increasingly... active. At 6th level you can choose to gain advantage to any Insight, Investigation, or Perception roll, twice per day. Your perception increases to double your proficiency bonus, and you gain +5 to Initiative rolls.
Might of Man, Made Mad
Whatever worries you once had have vanished. This monster within you isn't something to be feared, it's something to be embraced. At 10th level, the might of your Abyssal fragment has permanently corrupted you. Your Raging size has become permanent, and your Felfire Runes burn holes through any clothing. Small horns have begun to grow from your scalp. Your strength has grown to be such that you gain the ability to dual-wield two-handed weapons.
Fel Lord
Others fear you. Mothers and fathers alike clutch their children as you pass. At 14th level you gain advantage on any Intimidation check made against Humanoids, and can add your Strength or Constitution modifier instead of your Charisma. You gain automatic advantage on any creature smaller than you. Your size is Large. Creatures have disadvantage on rolls attempting to resist your Strength.
You can choose up to two creatures within your vision to bind to the ground with glowing chains. They must succeed a Dexterity or Constitution check matching 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier, or be considered restrained for 1 minute.
