Base Class: Wizard
A student belonging to the School of Prodigy excels in every field, every school of magic; any task involving the mind is a breeze for such a Wizard.
Magic Savant
At 2nd level when you attend this School, the gold and time you must spend to copy any Wizard spell into your spellbook is halved. Additionally, you may copy non-Wizard spells into your spellbook but cannot learn spells from outside the Wizard spell list via level up.
Always Learning
At 2nd level when you attend this School, you may learn cantrips from any class. Additionally, you may learn 1 extra Wizard spell of 1st level or higher provided it is of a level you can cast. You may learn another 1st level or higher Wizard spell at 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th and 18th level.
Protean
At 6th level whenever you finish a long rest or use Arcane Recovery you may give yourself advantage on one type of saving throw until your next long rest.
Excessive Thought
At 10th level your massive amount of knowledge coupled with your ever working mind become a shield for your thoughts. You resist psychic damage, attempts to read your mind are made with disadvantage. If a creature attempts to change your memories, charm or frighten you, you have advantage on the saving throw. If you already have advantage against such things you become immune to them.
Learn by Example
At 14th level the first time you see a spell of 1st level or higher cast that you do not have recorded in your spellbook you can attempt to quickly study it. Using your Reaction, you make an Intelligence check with the DC equal to your spell save. On a success you may cast that spell for 1 minute provided you have the spell slots to do so, and later you may attempt to remember the spell's specifics enough to record it into your spell book, DC20. On a fail you cannot duplicate that spell in your spell book for 7 days.
