Base Class: Monk
The warrior of the Scorpion is a martial warrior that uses elaborate movement to redirect and drive their attacks, creating an unpredictable martial style that incorporates the use of the Kunai Rope Dart.
Level 3: Kunai Technique
You gain a Kunai Rope Dart (Kunai for short) to increase the Reach of your Unarmed Strikes. You can freely switch between using your normal Unarmed Strikes and your Kunai. You can transfer your focus through the rope/chain to alter your Kunai attacks with effects like Stunning Strike. You cannot grapple creatures with your Kunai Strikes.
The Kunai increases your melee reach to 15 ft. However you must spend an amount of movement equal to the reach of each of your attacks made with your Kunai (at least 5 ft. per attack).
Kunai Strikes do not trigger reactions.
The Kunai Rope Dart is a small weighted dart or arrowhead on a length of thin rope or chain.
Level 6: Scorpion Style
As a reaction you take when you are hit by an attack roll (expend 1 Focus Point). Add your Wisdom Modifier to your AC against the triggering attack. If the attack misses you gain 15 feet of movement that does not provoke opportunity attacks. Instead of using the movement you can make a Kunai Strike using the movement.
In addition, when using movement to stand up from prone you can incorporate this into your Kunai Strikes made on the same turn.
Level 11: Scorpion Strike
When you make a Kunai Strike and attempt a Stunning Strike the effects of the stunning strike lasts until the end of your next turn (instead of the start). In addition if you would apply a "Stunned" condition to a creature, you apply the "Paralyzed" condition instead.
Level 17: Flurry of Stings
When taking the Flurry of Blows Bonus Action you can expend 2 Focus Points to make a Flurry of Stings.
Flurry of Stings. You can expend 2 Focus Point to make two Unarmed Strikes and one Kunai Strike as a Bonus Action. The Kunai Strike does not cost any movement to perform.
