Base Class: Bard

Level 3: Twisted Feedback - Emotional Reversal

When a creature you can see within 60 feet speaks in a hostile, insulting, or antagonistic way toward you, you can use your reaction to gain advantage on the next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw you make before the end of your next turn.

When a creature offers you sincere praise, encouragement, or comfort, you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + PB + WIS) or have disadvantage on your next roll before the end of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your 1 + proficiency bonus per long rest.

Level 3: Twisted Feedback - Physical Reversal

When you take damage, you gain temporary hit points equal to half the damage taken (rounded down). When you regain hit points, you take psychic damage equal to half the number of hit points regained (rounded down). This applies once per turn.

Level 3: Twisted Feedback - Painful Inspiration

When another player uses your Bardic Inspiration, they take psychic damage equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1), then rolls the die. They can refuse, wasting the die.

Level 6: Suffering Engine

When you take damage, you gain one Suffering stack (max = CHA modifier, min 1). Each stack grants +1 to spell attack rolls and spell save DC.

All stacks are lost if you drop to 0 HP, rest, or start your turn without taking damage since your last turn.

At max stacks, if you regain hit points, make a CON save vs spell save DC or be stunned until end of next turn.

Level 14: Inversion Mastery

As a bonus action, enter inversion for 1 minute (1/long rest).

Damage heals you instead. Healing deals psychic damage to creatures within 30 feet (split evenly).

Hostility grants advantage and bonus damage equal to CHA modifier.

Failing against praise causes disadvantage and 1d8 psychic damage.
