Base Class: Monk
Following the path of Rain has led you to become one with the storm. You move like lightning and strike like thunder. Bringing the wrath of the storm to your fingertips.
Ride the Gale
When you use your Step of the Wind feature, you become the calm at the center of a localized gale. Your speed increases by an additional 10 feet until the end of your turn. During this movement, you can pass through enemy spaces as if they were difficult terrain, and your fluid evasion means you do not provoke opportunity attacks from any creature you pass within 5 feet of
Call of the Storm
Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can choose to change the damage type to Lightning or Thunder damage and add an additional 1d8 Damage of the chosen Type. If you choose Thunder, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw against your save DC or be pushed 10 feet away from you as a clap of thunder echoes out.
Echoes in Thunder
When you use your Deflect Attacks feature to reduce damage from an attack to 0, you can spend 1 Focus Point to instantly dissolve into mist and lightning, teleporting up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
Lightning and Thunder
If you move at least 20 feet immediately before hitting a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can channel your momentum into the blow. The attack deals an extra 1d6 Thunder or Lightning damage (your choice), and the target's vision is blurred by swirling winds, giving them disadvantage on the next attack roll they make before the start of your next turn. The Damage of this ability increases at 10th(1d8), 15th(1d10) and 20th(1d12) level.
Between the Raindrops
When you use Flurry of Blows, you can seamlessly slip through the battlefield, moving between each individual attack without provoking opportunity attacks.
If you hit at least two different creatures with your Flurry of Blows on the same turn, you unleash a chain-lightning effect or a localized pressure wave. Each target, and any creature of your choice within 10 feet of them, takes Lightning or Thunder damage (your choice) equal to your Wisdom modifier.
Embodiment of the Storm
As a Bonus Action, or as part of initiative when you roll it, you can spend 4 Focus Points to unleash the full fury of the storm for 1 minute. While in this state:
Your movement speed is doubled.
Swirling hurricane-force winds surround you in a 10-foot radius. This area counts as difficult terrain for your enemies, and ranged weapon attacks against you automatically miss.
You can use Flurry of Blows without spending Focus Points.
Whenever an enemy misses you with a melee attack, a violent arc of lightning strikes them back, dealing Lightning damage equal to your Martial Arts die + your Wisdom modifier.
