Bonus Proficiencies

1st-Level Weapon Domain feature
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons, heavy armor and smith's tools.

In addition, you get to choose one cantrip that utilizes a weapon as part of the attack.

Weapon of Devotion

1st-Level Weapon Domain Feature
When you reach this subclass, you are able to outpour your devotions into the weaponry that you are granted and wish to bless. You are able to use your Wisdom modifier in place of Strength or Dexterity for all weapons.

In addition, during a short or long rest, you can turn one weapon into a Weapon of Devotion and able to swap through a short or long rest. Your Weapon of Devotion gains the following benefits:

  • You can make a nonlethal attack with this weapon.
  • When you bring a target down to 0 hit points with this weapon, you can make another attack right away onto another target within range of your Weapon of Devotion.
  • When you obtain Divine Strike in later levels, you can apply it to all attacks utilizing specifically your Weapon of Devotion.

Channel Divinity

2nd-Level Weapon Domain Feature
You are able to choose a particular Channel Divinity that is able to assist you in time at 2nd Level right away. Choose one of the four channel divinities.

Channel Divinity: Domain Strike

You can use Channel Divinity to destroy your enemies. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can use Channel Divinity to deal extra damage to the target. Roll 1d8 for every two cleric levels, the extra damage equals the result and is of the same type inflicted by the Divine Strike feature offered by your Domain.

Channel Divinity: Jointed Assault

As a bonus action you can call upon your oath and use your Channel Divinity command a coordinated assault with your comrades. For 1 minute you gain an aura that allows you and friendly creatures within 30 feet of you to move within that area without provoking opportunity attacks. Additionally, when a creature you can see ends their turn, you, and friendly creatures within 30 feet of you can choose to use their reaction to move up to half their speed and make an opportunity attack if within range of a creature. You must be conscious to grant this bonus.

Channel Divinity: Sacred Weapon

As an action, you can imbue one weapon that you are holding with positive energy, using your Channel Divinity. For 1 minute, you add your Wisdom modifier to attack rolls made with that weapon (with a minimum bonus of +1). The weapon also emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light 20 feet beyond that. If the weapon is not already magical, it becomes magical for the duration.

You can end this effect on your turn as part of any other action. If you are no longer holding or carrying this weapon, or if you fall unconscious, this effect ends.

Channel Divinity: Sanctify Weaponry

When you cast Bless, Crusader's Mantle, Elemental Weapon or Holy Weapon and use this Channel Divinity, the duration increases by a number of hours equal to half your cleric level and lasts for its full duration without concentration.

You can use sanctified weapons as holy symbols for your cleric spells. You can choose to become attuned to a weapon you affect with the spell as part of using this effect; if you do so, you also gain the item’s bonus to hit or AC to your Spell Attack modifier and Spell Save DC while wielding it as a holy symbol for the duration.

Devotion for a Warrior

6th-Level Weapon Domain Feature
You can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Moreover, you can cast one of your cantrips or use a Channel Divinity in place of one of those attacks.

Divine Strike

8th-Level Weapon Domain Feature
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with the fiery power of the forge. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8. The additional damage is your weapon damage or Radiant.

Blessed Warrior

17th-Level Weapon Domain Feature
At 17th level, your blessed affinity with weaponry becomes more powerful:
• You gain a bonus to the damage rolls of attacks using weapons equal to your Proficiency bonus.
• You have resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing damage from nonmagical attacks.
