Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Adherence are ardent advocates for the benefits and strengths of the collective. Bringing together, and motivating groups, an Entourage if you will, to raise the group up collectively.
Entourage
Each time you complete a long rest you can choose a number of willing creatures other than yourself equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1).
When you use a Bonus Action to give Bardic Inspiration, you can choose to inspire your entire Entourage simultaneously. This expends only one use of your Bardic Inspiration. The die is available to any member of the Entourage to use as normal, provided they are within 120 feet of you and can see you. Once rolled, it is expended for the entire group.
Focused Devotion
Once per turn when a member of your Entourage scores a Critical Hit on an attack roll, you immediately regain one expended use of your Bardic Inspiration. You cannot exceed your maximum number of uses.
You can use this feature a number of times per long rest equal to your proficiency bonus.
Expanding Fellowship
The maximum number of creatures you can select for your Entourage increases by 1, to a maximum of your Charisma modifier plus 1.
Resonant Accord
When a member of your Entourage expends and rolls your Bardic Inspiration die, all other members of your Entourage gain a bonus to their next d20 test (Attack Roll, Ability Check, or Saving Throw) made within the next minute. This bonus equals half the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die (rounded up, minimum of 1).
Compelling Presence
When you select creatures to form an Entourage after completing a long rest, you also add yourself to this group, and this does not count towards the maximum size of the group.
Creatures have Disadvantage on Charisma saving throws against spells or features you originate. Additionally, all members of your Entourage have Advantage on Charisma saving throws.
