Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Level 3: Brutal Physics

While you're raging, your immense strength turns momentum into devastation.

Impact Damage

When you force a creature to move 10 feet or more and that movement is stopped by a solid surface, object, or creature before it reaches its destination, the creature takes Impact Damage.

The damage equals:

1d6 bludgeoning damage for every 10 feet of movement prevented.

The creature also falls Prone unless it succeeds on a Strength saving throw.

Saving Throw DC = 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Strength modifier

Collision Types

Wall Slam. If the creature collides with a wall, pillar, tree, boulder, or similar object, Impact Damage uses d8s instead of d6s.

Ground Smash. If the creature is slammed directly into the ground, Impact Damage uses d10s instead of d6s.

Creature Collision. If the creature collides with another creature, both creatures take the Impact Damage.

Level 3: Violent Grasp

Your rage makes escape nearly impossible.

While raging:

  • You have Advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to Grapple or Shove.
  • You can Grapple creatures up to one size larger than you.
  • Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a melee attack using Strength, you can immediately attempt to Grapple that creature as part of the same attack.

No action required.

Level 6: Living Battering Ram

You become a weapon of unstoppable momentum.

When you move at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and hit it with a melee attack using Strength, choose one effect:

  • Push it up to 15 feet.
  • Knock it Prone.
  • Grapple it.

In addition, whenever a creature takes Impact Damage from one of your abilities, add your Rage Damage bonus to the damage roll.

Demolition Expert

Objects and structures have vulnerability to damage you deal while raging.

Level 10: Ragdoll

Your enemies become weapons in your hands.

While raging:

Improvised Ammunition

A creature Grappled by you can be used as an improvised weapon.

When you hit a target using a Grappled creature:

  • The target and the Grappled creature both take damage equal to your Strength modifier plus one roll of your Rage Damage die (or your Martial weapon damage if your DM prefers).
  • If either creature would be forced into another creature, object, or surface, apply Impact Damage as normal.

Violent Throw

As one attack, you can throw a creature you're Grappling up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.

The creature lands Prone.

If it collides with a creature, object, or surface, apply Impact Damage.

Level 14: Catastrophic Force

Your strength rivals that of giants and legendary monsters.

Massive Impact

Whenever you deal Impact Damage, roll twice the normal number of Impact Damage dice.

For example:

  • 10-foot Wall Slam: 2d8 becomes 4d8
  • 20-foot Wall Slam: 4d8 becomes 8d8
  • 15-foot Ground Smash: 3d10 becomes 6d10

Titan Wrestler

While raging:

  • You count as Huge when determining what creatures you can Push, Grapple, drag, or carry.
  • Your speed isn't reduced while moving a Grappled creature.
