Bonus Proficiencies
Starting at 3rd level, you are proficient with Survival, Intimidation, and Religion.
Song of Weather
Starting at level 3, you can expend a spell slot to change weather conditions to grant yourself and your allies benefits. The level of the spell slot determines what you can do with this ability, and you can only use 1st and 2nd level spell slots.
Level 1- Change wind directions (granting your allies and yourself advantage on ranged attacks or your enemies disadvantage on theirs), Make it lightly rain or snow (granting the lightly obscured condition to all creatures in the area), or remove light rain and snow (removing the lightly obscured condition from all creatures in the area)
Level 2- Change extreme weather conditions to more mild ones or mild versions of extreme weather into extreme weather (Extreme cold to just cold, Extreme heat to just hot), make heavy weather conditions light and light weather conditions heavy Additionally, at level 3, you gain the tempest domain cleric’s Bonus Spell list. These spells count as bard spells for you, but don’t count toward the number of spells you can know.
Song of Storms
Starting at 6th level, during harsh weather conditions you can use a bardic inspiration die to strike an enemy with a part of the weather. This could be a bolt of lightning, a hail stone, a microburst, a heat wave, or another sudden blast of extreme weather. This attack does damage equal to your bardic inspiration die X 4 of a type appropriate for the attack made (lightning for lightning, your choice of bludgeoning or cold for hail, etc.).
Maelstrom
Starting at 14th level, you can cast Fire Storm without expending a spell slot, but the damage is Force instead of fire. You can do this once per long rest.
