Monk
Base Class: Monk

The way to enlightenment is long and hard. Monks contemplate, study holy scriptures, and train martial arts rigorously to be delivered from wordy existence. For some monks, however, delivering people from physical and spiritual suffering is equally an important task. With their understanding of the human body and the various chakra points, their heightened reflexes and keen steady hand, with their acupuncture needles, Monks of the Golden Needle can manipulate the ki of others to alleviate or if necessary inflict pain.

Student of Medicine

When you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in the Medicine skill. If you are already proficient in it, you instead gain expertise in said skill.
Additionally, As an Action, you can touch a creature that has 0 hit points and manipulating their chakra points stabilize them. This ability has no effect on undead or constructs.

Master Acupuncturist

Master Acupuncturist: Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use Acupuncture needles (Darts) as both weapons and as a medical apparatus. Your Darts count as monk weapons for you, and you don't have disadvantage on ranged attack rolls with darts even if you are within 5 feet of a hostile creature, nor do you have disadvantage on attacks made with long range. As an Action, you can use one of your darts and spend 1 Ki Point to a grant non-hostile creature within range, Temporary Hit Points equal to your Monk Level + Your Wisdom Modifier (minimum 1). These temporary hit points last for 1 hour.

Gifted Healer

By 6th level, you can expend 1 Ki Point and touch a creature as an action to remove one disease or one condition (Blinded, Charmed Deafened, Frightened, Paralyzed, or Poisoned) from it. You can end multiple diseases and conditions, expending ki points separately for each one.
Additionally, As an Action, you can expend 3 ki points and manipulating the ki and the chakra point of the heart, touch a creature that has died within the last minute. Manipulating their chakra point, you tether and catch their soul before it can drift off, and return that creature to life with 1 hit point. This ability cannot return to life a creature that has died of old age, nor can it restore any missing body parts.

Golden Needle Technique

Starting at 11th level, your mastery over Ki has allowed you to create darts of Ki out of thin air. Whenever you attempt to attack, or use a monk feature or Golden Needle feature that requires a Dart, as part of that required action you immediately conjure a dart made of Ki energy. This dart counts as a magical weapon for all purposes and such. If thrown, the Dart disappears at the end of your turn.
Additionally, you can aim your needle at a specific chakra point to cause a debilitating effect on a creature. Before you make an attack with a dart, expend 1 ki point. On a hit, the target suffers' the attacks normal effects, and it must make a Constitution Saving Throw or be affected by one of the following effects of your choice until the start of your next turn.

  • Crown Chakra: The target has disadvantage on Wisdom Saving Throws.

  • Third Eye Chakra: The target is blinded and has disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) checks as well.

  • Throat Chakra: The target becomes silenced (as per the "Silence" spell).

  • Heart Chakra: The target has disadvantage on Charisma Ability checks and Saving Throws.

  • Solar Plexus Chakra: The target has disadvantage on attack rolls.

  • Sacral Chakra: The target becomes perplexed and its reactions are sluggish. The target cannot take reactions.

  • Root Chakra: The target has disadvantage on Strength (athletics) and Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks, and its movement speed is halved.

Ki Healing

At 17th level, you gain ability to channel your Ki into a creature to improve and boost their endurance and immune system. As a Bonus Action, you touch another creature and expend 5 Ki Points. The infusion of Ki into their vital chakra point restores them newfound vigor and stitches wounds. That creature gains temporary hit points equal to the hit points it lost during the last round. In addition, the creature regains hit points equal to your Wisdom Modifier times the amount of Ki Points you spent. Ki Healing has no effect on undead or constructs. These Temporary hit Points last for 1 hour.
You can't use this feature again until you finish a short or long rest
