Base Class: Warlock
You have entered a pact with Sekhmet in her aspect as the Lady of Terror and the Mistress of Dread. While she is the goddess of war, she is also the deity who sends and cures plagues. As the uncontrollable force that sweeps through cities like a wildfire to cleanse the unworthy. Your pact is not about the honorable duel; it is about the inevitable decay of all things and the crushing weight of the goddess’s divine retribution.
As her Warlock you are to be a harbinger of the end. You carry the goddess’s "breath" within you, a miasma of divine rot that you can exhale upon your enemies. You do not merely fight your foes; you unravel them, turning their own vitality into a way for their demise.
Level 3: Pharaohs Presence
Starting at 3rd level, your patron bestows upon you the ability to project the beguiling and fearsome presence of the Pharaoh.
As an action, you can cause each creature in a 10-foot cube originating from you to make a Wisdom saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. The creatures that fail their saving throws are all charmed or frightened by you (your choice) until the end of your next turn.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Level 3: Plague Spells
The magic of your patron ensures you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Warlock level specified in the Plague Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.
| Warlock Level | Spells |
|---|---|
| 3 | Bane, Ray of sickness, Blindness/deafness, ray of enfeeblement |
| 5 | Bestow Curse, Stinking Cloud |
| 7 | Confusion, Blight |
| 9 | Contagion, Insect Plague |
Level 6: Vector of Decay
At 6th level, when you deal damage to a creature with a warlock spell, you can curse them with the goddess's rot. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target's movement speed is halved, and they cannot regain hit points until the end of your next turn.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Level 10: Carrion Resilience
At 10th level, you have grown accustomed to the filth of the world. You are immune to disease and the poisoned condition. Additionally, whenever you are subjected to poison or necrotic damage, you take no damage and instead regain hit points equal to half the amount of damage you would have taken.
Level 14: Wrath of the Plague-Mother
At 14th level, you can unleash a devastating wave of necrotic energy. Choose a point you can see within 60 feet. Every creature within 20 feet of that point must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 10d6 necrotic damage and is affected by the contagion spell (your choice of effect). On a success, they take half damage and are not affected by the spell. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
