Base Class: Bard
The bards of this college are often disregarded by their counterparts, as this is nicknamed the dropout college for bards. Their performances are electrifying and raucous. These bards are so loud that when they perform, their performance can cause those hostile towards them to fall to their knees in pain. The same magic that allows them to rock out can also focus their inner rage into their instrument to increase damage.
Level 3: Raucous Performance
As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to imbue your attacks with thunder. When you do so, choose a number of creatures you can see and that can hear you within 60 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each creature you chose takes extra thunder damage equal to the number rolled on your bardic die.
In addition, you gain access to the spell Thaumaturgy.
Level 3: Instrument of Fury
An instrument you are proficient with is your focus through which you express your angst. The instrument counts as magical rather than improvised when used to attack. The damage die is a d4 + Dex or Str (damage die increases at higher levels: d6 at level 6, d8 at level 11, and d10 at level 17).
As a bonus action enact the instrument's aura of cacophony, which extends in a 10ft circle centered on you. When activated, you and any allies within your aura gain the following abilites for 1 round:
-gain +2 to damage rolls
-gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage that is nonmagical
Level 6: Extraordinarily Raucous Performance
Raucous performance increases to 30ft of effect, and each creature affected by it must make a Con save or be deafened for 1 minute.
Level 6: Enhanced Instrument of Fury
When you attack with your Instrument of Fury, you can attack twice as part of the attack action.
Level 14: Epic Performance
Raucous Performance area of effect increases to 100ft. When used, it also gives advantage on attacks to all allies within the range and can hear you. All hostile creatures must make a Con save or be deafened and stunned till your next turn.
Use once per long rest.
