Monk
Base Class: Monk

You don a wolfskin robe, allowing you to combine your disciplined training with raw, shape-shifting spirits of the Norse Ulfhednar. you become an agile predatory, darting through battle like a wolf in the pack, using primal focus to fuel strikes, partial transformations, terrifying howls, and unbreakable hunt endurance.

Wolfskin Initiate

You adopt the ways of the wolf, channeling its spirit through your focus. You gain the following benefits:

  • Wolf Senses: you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks relying on hearing or smell. You can also track creatures by scent.
  • Feral Weapons: You unarmed strikes can manifest as claws or fangs. they count as monk weapons and deal slashing  (claws) or piercing (bite) damage.
  • Predator's Pounce: When You hit a creature with an unarmed strike on your turn, you can spend 1 focus point to immediately move up to half your speed toward another target without provoking opportunity attack. this movement does not count against your normal movement.

Hamrammr Form

As a bonus action, you can spend 2 focus points to partially transform into a wolf-spirit hybrid for 1 minute (or until you end it early). you gain the following benefits:

  • Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d6 die in damage.
  • You gain a climbing speed and can move across difficult terrain made of natural foliage/ice/snow without penalty.
  • Pack Resilience: Once per form, when you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage by an amount equal to your monk level + your Wisdom modifier.

The form ends early if you are incapacitated or you die.

Howl of the Hunt

As an action, you can spend 3 focus points to unleash a bone-chilling howl. Choose up to three creatures  within 30 feet of you that can hear you. Each creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (Focus save DC) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. While frightened this way, their speed is reduced by half.

Additionally, friendly creatures within 30 feet of you that can hear the howl gain advantage on their next attack roll before the end of your next turn.

Eternal Ulfhedinn

You have fully internalized the wolf spirit and become a true Hamrammr. You gain the following benefits:

  • Your Hamrammr Form now costs only 1 focus point and lasts until your next short or long rest (or you dismiss it).
  • While in your Hamrammr Form, you gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks. and your unarmed strikes deal an extra 1d8 damage (instead of 1d6)
  • Fenrir's Endurance: When you drop to 0 hit points, you can spend 4 focus points to drop to 1 hit point instead. You can do this once per long rest.
  • Odin's Chosen: You have advantage on save throws against being charmed or firghtened.
