Base Class: Barbarian
The penguin begins it's life solitary until it meets it's mate. It then defends it's eggs and it's mates with it's heart and soul, Path of the Penguin Barbarians follow this same style but replacing the eggs with innocents and mates with their allies. Viciously loyal fighters a Path of the Penguin Barbarian will throw its own life into danger to protect those it cares about.
Frozen Warriors
Penguins have spent their whole lives in the ice and snow, while you may have not, your dedication to their style and ability has provided you the same resistance as them. Your body is a shield against the harshest winds, the lowest temperatures and the iciest of waters.
Belly slide
Penguins slide on their bellies to move faster through the ice and snow, however you can use it to move faster through the battlefield or take out your enemies. If you have moved at least 20 ft in a straight line, you may use an action to belly slide for the remainder of your movement. All enemies in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw, the DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. On a failed save they take 1d6 damage (increasing to 2d6 at 5th level, 3d6 at 10th level, 4d6 at 15th level and 5d6 at 20th level) and are knocked prone. On a success they take half damage but remain upright. If the space your slide would end in is occupied then your slide ends at the closest unoccupied square. If your slide would hit an impassable object (a wall, a door etc.) then deal damage to the object equal to your slide damage, if this isn't enough to break it then you receive the same amount of slide damage as you collide with the object.
Speed swimming
Through your study/ companionship with penguins you develop the ability to swim, giving you a swimming speed of 30ft or adding 30ft onto whatever swimming speed your racial bonuses have already given you.
Defend the nest
Penguins will defend their eggs to the hilt but while you have no eggs to defend on the battlefield you do have the smaller and weaker members around you. You can use your reaction to dive in the way of an attack made against an ally of a size equal to or smaller than yourself, taking half the damage they would have taken from the attack. This must be from a targeted attack and cannot be from area of effects.
Feed the rage
What penguin worth their salt doesn't love fish? Eating fish has the restorative powers to keep you fighting on and on. You may spend a bonus action on your turn to eat a fish, restoring 2d4+ your Constitution modifier to your hit points. You can only use this ability while in rage.
