Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

Soldiers who have dedicated their lives to best the King of the Skies, the Apex Predators, Dragons, are revered and known to the peoples of Ishgard as Dragoons.

Level 3: Attack on Dragon

Attacks made using Spears, Javelins, Polearms, Halberds, Pikes, Lance, Tridents, and Heavy Crossbows have Advantage against Dragons or Dragon-Like Creature-Types. These attacks cause Critical Hit if Attack Roll is 19 or 20. These weapons are considered Dragoon Weapons and you gain Weapon Mastery over all of them.

You may cast Hunter's Mark at no cost and does not require concentration. Dragons are your Favored Enemy. Also, whenever you make an Ability Check regarding Dragon or Dragon-Like Creature-Types, you make the roll as if you have Expertise.

Level 3: Death from Above

As part of your Attack, once per turn, you may jump straight into the air a distance equal to 10 times your Strength Modifier. Any Fall Damage meant for you is added to this Attack and converted to Piercing Damage divided by two and rounded down against any target you plunge down on with your Dragoon Weapon, excluding Heavy Crossbows.

Level 7: Elusive Jump

As a Reaction, you may backflip out of danger a distance equal to half your movement speed. This backflip does not provoke opportunity attacks. Instead of backflipping, you may instead use Death from Above.

Level 11: Stardiver

You channel Aether into your Jump, and when you Attack with Death from Above, you slam down with Meteoric Force. The ground below erupts and the fall damage you would have received is fully converted to Force Damage to any targets you choose within a 10 feet radius.

Level 15: Draconian Fury

Attacks to any targets gain the benefits of "Attack on Dragon" despite Creature-Type. You also cause Critical Hit on Attack Rolls 18 through 20 for all Creature-Types, and 17 through 20 for Dragon and Dragon-Like Creature-Types.
