Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks that follow the Way of the Mind’s Eye use the power of ki to spend every breathing moment precisely predicting the movements and actions of the creatures around them, allowing the Monks to get brief insight onto their next actions. Though in the beginning it is just a few milliseconds in advance, with enough training it can be up to a few seconds even minutes, allowing the Monk to intricately build a plan around the failures and successes of their target.

Foresight

Starting at 3rd level you gain the ability to spend 1 Ki point to see quick glimpses into future actions of a number of creatures (Monk level divided by three). For one minutes you gain the ability to get advantage for any attacks made towards the effected creatures, though any attacks on a creature not affected by Foresight are at disadvantage. If a creature you have chosen dies then you gain the ability to, as a free action, change it to another creature. But the process of changing the creatures affected by Foresight while the affected creatures are still alive is a full action, and when it is used on your turn, if you attack with your bonus action it is at disadvantage even against enemies affected by Foresight.

Reactive

At 3rd level you use your harnessing of Ki to amplify your quickest moments of opportunity. You gain 2 reactions each round.  Additionally, you if you are being attacked by a creature affected by Foresight you may use your reaction and a ki point to reduce the damage by 1d10 + Monk Level + Wisdom Modifier.

Predicted Punch

Starting at 6th level you can, as a bonus action, spend 1 Ki point to perfectly predict the movements of a creature affected by Foresight giving you the ability to perfectly and precisely hit a weak point before they even know what is happening giving you an instant critical and all its benefits.

Foretelling Weakness

You can capitalize on your successes more, because you see them coming a mile away. Your attacks are critical hits on a roll of 19 or 20.

Unfortunate Events

Starting at 11th level your understanding of different possibilities allows you to literally make the best out of a bad situation. Whenever you have disadvantage on an Attack Roll, Ability Check, or Saving Throw but roll a 20 on one of the dice, you can keep the 20 as your roll.

Eyeless Sight

At 11th level you gain the ability to harness Ki to aid you into predicting the area around you and the sounds around you. You get no debuffs or disadvantages for being blinded or deafened. Additionally, if you do not have it already you gain proficiency in wisdom saving throws.

Prefect Prediction

Starting at 11th level you can use your reaction and 2 Ki point to roll a d10 and remove the rolled amount from the attack role of whoever is attacking you, if it lowers it below your armor class you perfectly dodge the attack, this can be done after the attack roll has been made but not after the damage roll.

Mind Meddling

Starting at 17th level you can spend 5 Ki points to fully harness the power of Ki within your body and mind to throw a punch that implants a thought or memory into a creature. The creature makes a wisdom saving through with your monk DC. The memories can be up to 1 day long, and the thought can compel the creature to do 1 turn worth of abilities (movement, action, bonus action, reaction) this can be used once per long rest and has no effect on Constructs or Undead.

Forever Foretelling

Starting at 17th level you gain the ability to harness Ki and its aspects to allow you to constantly see glimpses of the future. You can no longer be surprised, and you can spend a 3 Ki point as a bonus action to predict one part of a creatures next turn, up to 3 parts of the creatures turn with three Ki points per point.
