Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Some people are born with a natural attunement to Planar Magic. Most of them end up using it along with stealth and agility to infiltrate, spy and steal without being caught.

Planar Hop

Starting at 3rd level, you have a new way of using your Cunning Action Rogue feature with a Planar Hop. You can hop up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see, but it does not need to be on a surface. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus + half your Rogue level (rounded down), and you recover all uses after a Long Rest.

Lethal Menace

Starting at 9th level, you become a greater treat. Your first attack after Hopping on your turn has advantage. Also, everytime you Hop to a space 5ft from an enemy creature and hit it in the same turn, you roll Sneak Attack damage regardless of it's conditions being met.

Leap Of Faith

Starting at 13th level, you do not need to see where you Hop to, and you can take a willing creature of your size or smaller with you. If the creature is not willing, it must make a Dexterity Saving Throw with DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Dexterity Modifier.

Between Planes

Starting at 17th level, after you Hop, you have resistance to all types of damage, except psychic and force, until the start of your next turn.
